This is the 2nd time I've ordered for "delayed delivery" from this store. Both times the food was delicious, but the delivery... was at least 20 minutes late. Disappointing to have to defer my lunch break because I'm waiting for the food to arrive. Read more
If i could id give zero stars. Refused service because no mask and store was filthy 5 employees can tell me theg can't serve me... a coke because of my mask od lack of mask attire and not one of them can sweep the floor. I think they screwed up the order because i ordered 2 spicy Italian regulars and the receipt says 1 giant spicy Italian. Bad... taste. I have been to half a dozen Jimmy John's and never had a bad order until today. I also noticed that they covered up thewindow by the food prep area so you cannot watch them make the sandwich. What are the trying to hide? Felt like I was eatingsomething very salty with too many Condiments. Don't trust these kids to make your sandwich unless you're watching themclosely. 8/17/22 mgr dillion says he cannot refund my money because i paid with cash. Go figure........never coming back.
