Been there with friends and ordered appetizers, entrées, drinks and desserts also we had kids and ordered from the kids menu,... they had so many options to pick from and everything we ordered was amazingly delicious and freshly made, portions also was bigenough if you're sharing, and they had vegetarian options, everything came in real fast and the service was extremely amazing.Very pleasant and welcoming! Thank you!! Not just that but the Great atmosphere and the great location on Newport Harbor with aview of Lido Isle, Fashion Island. For sure will visit again!! Read more
Came here for brunch before our Duffy Boat rental. Easy metered lot parking right outside. We had the beignets, French toast... both from the adult menu and the kids menu. The calamari was eeh. The fish tacos looked good. The steak and eggs were cook rareas I ordered it. Kids were able to spot the lighthouse from the water later that afternoon. Bathrooms were outside therestaurant in the adjacent building. All in all, a good experience. Read more
The wait was long for brunch. It was 90 minutes. If you can, check into Yelp first to get in the line, no reservations for... brunch. The food was mediocre. Calamari was chewy and cold. Coconut shrimp would have been better if the server brought it outsooner. The lobster mac and cheese was top runny and not much taste to it. Lobster roll and burger was just ok. The food ispricey for what you get. The service was also mediocre. Parking cost $3 or so an hour there. The views are beautiful. However,we won’t be back. There are other restaurants with great views, better service and food. Read more
Service was great for a large group. Starters and desserts were great. Cocktails were strong. But the mains were just okay. If... they get the seafood on point then it will be a really good place. The lobster roll needed good chunks of lobster but it wasmore like tuna salad in texture. Read more
Best breakfast with a view for miles! We were seated outside and the food was excellent and it arrived quickly. The views are... beautiful and service was good. We enjoyed the mimosas and the French toast as well as the breakfast plates. Read more
Loved this place! It was kinda hard to spot but it's at the back right when you walk down the small hall between the building.... Everyone in my group was in love with the Lighthouse Benedict, the table next to us even asked what we ordered since it lookedso good. I would highly recommend that if you're coming for brunch! It's a small space inside the restaurant so if it's crowdedit gets pretty loud, but it's so nice to have the beach outside to walk on after your meal. A small group of us visited here for lunch and the wait for a table was too long so we thought let’s order take out and sit... and eat looking out at the beautiful harbor (the weather was great). A server spotted us and he was so very helpful and went outof his way to take our orders and get us something to drink while we waited. The wait for our order was very short and serverbrought everything out to us where we were seated (he didn’t have to do that considering we were take out). Needless to sayour service experience was outstanding. The food was on par with the service, it was all great. We each got something differentand we all thought it was very tasty. The service was excellent. Shout out to the female hostess. My wife and i were asking questions to her and a rude customer tried... to move us out of the way and the hostess told her to wait her turn (in a very professional way).
