My son and I visited this location and waited over 8 minutes to be helped. We were not met with a greeting or a 'We'll be right... with you!'. Sam came over and asked what I needed ???? I ordered and paid and Sam immediately retreated to a coworker to gossip.At the pick up counter a 3rd associate asked if I needed something ???? I took pause. I told her that I was waiting for my orderand she stated that a ticket had not printed. I looked at Sam, who was still deep in gossip, gave a look of 'oops' and ran backto her register. She then stated that everything was good on her end. Suddenly, my tickets print. I understand the need to caterto drive-thru customers. My issue is with the wait to be helped, the attitudes and lack of urgency, as a walk in customer, thatthe drive-thru customers receive. Read more
Friendly and nice staff. The girls at the drive through window are always so sweet in the morning and really try to get to know... you and have a conversation. So far they have always gotten my order right. Read more
I waited for over 5min in front of the pickup section. Not one person notified me where the mobile orders were or asked for... help. And now that I?m in my meeting, I realize that they added milk instead of soy. I?m lactose intolerant. I will be headingback with this drink once I?m able to leave work. I might be able to if I experience explosive diarrhea. Read more
I?m a regular customer. Unfortunately, today I had the worst experience. My husbands coffees lid came out covered in coffee that... dripped everywhere. My Frappuccino size was messed up so I asked for a replacement. I specifically said light ice, since I don?twant to drink ice and what they made was 100% ice. It felt like they just added ice to the original size and blended it. Pureice. Tasteless. Impossible to drink and enjoy. But green ???? Read more
Always great and fast. The guy at the cashier recommended one of his favorites so I tried it and loved it. So sad I can't... remember his name. Just know he is young with blonde hair. Then the sweet girl who made my drink helped me with finding thetitle to the sing that was playing when she saw me trying to search for it on snapchat. Overall excellent experience today!! Read more
Pretty good Starbucks. Friendly staff. Starbucks needs to have sugar/sweetener free options as far as coconut, almond milk. Wont... get 5 stars until they do. Read more
It's a Starbucks you know what to expect w good and drink where this one sets itself apart is the staff. They have been polite &... conversational every morning. Today they shared info on a local art festival. In a town w high tourism traffic and militarygoing in and out this means a lot. Keep up the awesome work making visitors and locals feel welcome.
