The young guys that work here are always so slow and frankly seem high most of the time. They take forever and constantly make... mistakes. I avoid this place and go to the one in Walmart instead. It's one person in Walmart subway and they are faster alonethan the multiple(sometimes 3 people!) People that work here. Read more

I ordered a foot long tuna sandwich online I put that I wanted cucumbers lettuce pickles and olives. But I took a bite and all... I got was bread. Barely any tuna and or cucumbers.. no pickles lettuce or olives. If im paying as much as I am for it I Atleastwant what I asked for. Read more
This is the fourth order that I have had made incorrectly at this store specifically. I will never order through this location... again. Today I ordered online through Subway?s mobile app. I was going to order flatbread, but the app said it was unavailable,which is understandable, so I ordered a different bread for my sandwich. Part of my order included a melt, which costs more thana standard sandwich. The app took my order and I went to the store to pick up my food, the staff was friendly and I went home.When I opened my food the melt was not a melt, it was a standard sandwich. I went back and inquired about it and was told ?wedon?t do melts anymore?. Which is fine! But at least do not let customers purchase them if you do not offer them anymore! Notonly is it false advertising, but it is incredibly poor customer service to not inform the customer at any point prior to themleaving the store with their food. The manager denied my request to return the uneaten sandwich for a refund and told me ?youhave your sandwich right there?. I showed them the receipt which clearly stated it was in fact not the sandwich I ordered, butit did not matter to the manager. Read more
Just wanted to give a shout out to the guy who made my sandwich today 9-16-22 around 10:30am give or take. I don?t typically... write reviews, but this was by far the quickest experience I?ve ever had in a subway; and I?ve been eating at subways for years.I didn?t catch his name, but this guy definitely deserves a raise or promotion. I walked into the shop with 4 people in line infront of me, and walked out faster than I ever have in the past at times when there?s only 1 person in front of me. This guy(bigger dude with tattoos) was crazy efficient, polite, and did an excellent job making the sandwich. Hope his good work getsnoticed and pays off for him. Read more
Took forever to finally get someone to help me with only one person ahead of me and two people working. Then when I could order... they were out of everything over charged for the stuff I did get! It was awful how does a sandwich shop run out of things likeMayo, onion, olives, etc! The place doesn't even look good/clean. Really need improvement. Won't be going to this locationanytime soon! My fiancé ordered a Philly cheese steak? spent $17 on this. Typically I am not one to leave poor reviews as I work in... restaurant business too and know how things can be, but this SMALL amount of the steak leaves you just tasting the overwhelmingamount of dry bread. In Subway you know what to expect as far as food and prices. The day was cold; so coming into a warm place where people... preparing the subs are always kind and smiling was nice. Probably the only thing missing was a nice cup of hot coffee. Read more
