Went on a Saturday night at 8pm. Sat in drive through waiting at the intercom for 5 minuets for them to be ready to take my... order. Took another 15 minuets (only 3 cars ahead of me) to get to The window. Got to window, she asks me my order, I tell her,she sighs heavily grabs a bag and hands it to me. Was my food. But I didn't pay yet. Strange! I asked her if I should pay andshe literally freaked out and ran in the back. Another lady came up and finished the transaction. I am guessing that this location is going to complain about covid being the reason that there are horrible wait times AND the... food is cold, and the attitudes stunk to high heaven. I got a fish sandwich where the cheese was not on the sandwich, the cheesewas not melted in anyway. The nuggets were ice cold. but the upside is I got a strawberry shake. This McDonald's sucks. Waited 17 minutes before I had to ask a very rude employee for my food. Never eating there again. Food... definitely over priced and service, to say it sucks would be a compliment! Read more
Order took a long time to receive, and there were fruit flies flying around in the pastries case, that's pretty disgusting.... Makes you wonder how clean the food even is Read more
Confused on why the inside gets closed for no known reason one day and is open the next. You cant tell on the mobile app either... because its not updated especially with a mobile order which i always do. I come here on my break to get breakfast and I usuallygo inside because its faster. But going through the drive thru seems more like a chore on its own as it's never fast and theyseem to be taking their time with it. It takes extremely long for no reason and it causes me to be late. Other people have jobsand places to be we get in trouble if we are late. It's not like this review will matter anyways the owners of the McDonald'sstores no matter where you go never respond or change anything. Read more
Just stood in line waiting to pay for over 10 minutes. Nobody would come to the register. A manager and multiple employees ... seen the line of people at the register and ignored everyone. People yelling back at the employees, asking if anyone was goingto come up to the register. They just kept making the Uber eats orders. I hope the online order made up for all the peoplewalking away to go somewhere else. I walked away after the guy ahead of me said he was waiting for 20 minutes. Read more
Say goodbye to fast food service it's all slow food service. You would think that you were eating at a sit-down restaurant being... how long it takes to go through. My child just said sit down restaurants are faster. 10 times out of 10 this soft serve machineis down. My guess is they never turn it on because they don't want to clean it. Terrible service Read more
