Categorically, and without doubt, the worst experience of my entire life. I understand being short staffed, but forcing... customers to order online, using a system that has more errors than a 15 innings baseball game, is OUTRAGEOUS. 30 minutes later,my order was rejected with a lovely "OOPS, Try Again" message. Food was fine not very friendly staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Very shy on the portion sizes
I went to Chipotle and waited in line for a half an hour and someone ahead of me in line turned around and announced that they... were out of rice and beans. Who wants a burrito without rice or beans?!? It's poor product management or simply not caringabout serving customers enough to bring out a fresh bin of food. The same thing happened to a friend of mine a week ago. Theygot there a half hour before they closed and they were out of lettuce, guacamole, cheese and sour cream.
