I arrive during lunch hours, it wasn?t too busy. We were able to get seated in a few minutes. The food was decent, nothing to be... overly excited for. The service we received from the waiter was also decent. He was polite, got all of our orders right and evencheck up a few times but he didn?t have any emotion. Loved the concept, the food was decent, and the service was alright. What isn?t okay is the fraudulent charge our server Steve... put on our credit card. We got an alert on our phone showing a charge for over $78 and then another for the proper amount of ourbill (around $24 for the appetizer we split plus one beer). When questioned, Steve didn?t have an answer. Stated he would gethis manger, but then his manger wasn?t in the building. Took our information and said his manager would call us. I was waiting all winter to be able to visit this place and it did not disappoint! Food quality was amazing, service was... PHENOMENAL, and the atmosphere was great! Tatiyana was a sweetheart and I believe it was the manager who cashed me out. He wasvery friendly as well. Very happy I went here! Read more
Very nice and friendly place, except for its manager a big, bald man with a ridiculous mustache. after I took a seat at one of... the tables... this character saw me on several occasions and never approached me to facilitate my menú, however he attended topeople who came in after me.... maybe it's because I'm Latina and he has a problem of discrimination...? I don't know for sure,these types of characters are not good to put in customer service, they easily scare off potential good customers andtourists. Thank God I was served by Adam, a very polite and attentive young waiter. As for the food, I ordered a bbq baconhamburger and some onion rings... they tasted very good. They want to know if I will come back... Quite possibly NOT... customerservice is also included in the price of whatever you order... and frankly I don't want to see such a rude manager again. Jessica was out waitress, she had explained to us that it was her second day, and she is just a natural, treated us with the... highest respect, she was great, she cracked jokes with us and cared about our time, don?t lose her, she?s a great person, foodwas outstanding, I got the Great White Mac and it was SOOOOOOO GOOD. Portion sizes were outstanding, I really felt like I wasgetting what I payed for. I will definitely be visiting again! Read more
10 OUT OF 10!!!!!!! We are locals ???????? My friends and I come to O.C. Eateries atleast every other weekend. The bartenders... are amazing! So kind and thoughtful. Everyone who works here is kind and thoughtful!! The food is amazing! It is always a 10 outof 10! Spinach atichoke dip is to die for!!! Finally got to meet the owner tonight. He was making all the pizza's. He was anice young man. I told him how everyone here is amazing and thoughtful. If you haven't had a chance to go yet I HIGHLY RECOMMENDO.C. EATERIES. Read more
$15 Cobb salad. Paper thin chicken- not even a whole breast; PITIFUL. Wings- 15 for $20 and they were dry and puny. Will NOT... be back (and we live right down the road- shame). Great concept but WAY overpriced. Read more
Interesting place, 6 restaurants, seatings in the middle-ish, you order from any restaurant with your waiter. We did the potato... shack. We ordered from "The Potato Shack" Fries with BBQ sauce, bacon and cheddar cheese with a side of sweet chilisauce. Tater-tots with chili, cheese, sour cream and onion. Both were great.
