2 stars only because we've been going to this location for 2 years and in the past few months it has gone down hill quick. Last... time we got our food to go when my wife opened her own with guacamole there was literally half of an unsmashed avocado in it. Noseed or shell but still. This time we went there and we got home to realize the rice is way over cooked and clumped up intomushy rice balls. Well be driving farther to go to a different location from now on. Read more

I dont eat chipotle often because it's so expensive. And every time I'm reminded why I don't go. The server gave me a sprinkle... of rice and when asked for more he did but gave attitude, doesn't even give me a full scoop of meat but gives a river of sourcream. We ordered 3 bowls and 1 drink it was over $40. Each bowl and each topping needed to be asked if we could please havemore, as if we're begging for what we're paying for. Definitely not going back. I have been going to this location for about 3 years and they have always been VERY stingy with the food but yesterday was by... far the worst. I only had rice, chicken, cheese and salsa on a burrito. When I asked for a little more of any items I was toldit would be extra. That is unacceptable when I'm paying premium prices and I see bowls on the line over flowing with food. Thechips were stale which is the case about half the time there. Any other location I have been to really loads it up to where it'salmost hard to fold. Completely underwhelmed with our lunch visit today. The floors and tables inside were absolutely disgusting with food and trash... everywhere. The chips we were served were completely soft/stale. We asked for a fresh bag of chips and they weren't any better.The food preparation station was not anywhere near clean. We will not be eating here again. Please do better. Read more

I eat chipotle a few times a week, for years now, and that was the worst experience Ihave ever had. I don't even want to list every single thing that went wrong, because it was all of it. I even had to ask tostart my order over because she was just doing it like...I don't know, however she wanted I guess. I didn't want thoseingredients... I think everyone is stoned out of their mind. This Chipotle Grill gets five stars because it is exactly like every other one, if anythingwas different about it it would likely be a bad thing. This one is located in the target/ big lots shopping center but oppositethem adjacent to McDonald's. There is ample well lit parking. Located just off the 76 on College it is easy to get to. Due toCovid they had limited seating which is to be expected. The store was clean and well lit and the staff was friendly and helpful. Read more
