Today(November 11 2022), I went through this McDonald?s drive through and ordered 2 sausage burritos and 3 picante sauces. If... you haven?t looked at the stars above, you might be thinking to yourself at this point ?they got his order wrong.? Well, youcouldn?t be more wrong. When I returned home and unfolded the brown paper bag, and peered in preparing for disappointment, Ifound two sausage burritos and 3 picante sauces. Why is this significant you may ask. Well let me tell you, I have journeyedthrough many McDonald?s drive through?s and never have I gotten 3 picante sauces that I specifically ask for, only two do Ireceive. This could mean many thing. Such as someone accidentally put 3 in, their might of already been 1 in the bag when theindividual grabbed it, a worker bumped into the shelf and the movement of the shelf allowed one that was barely hanging on to anupper shelf tho slightly shift and fall into the bag. But I believe the most plausible answer is that their is at least onemorally ethical employee with a great work attitude took the time out of her day in a very fast paced stressful work environmentto make sure to put in 3. Like many other reviews, I wish I could add more stars. It's McDonald's....you get less than you pay for these days. I would not eat the food. Coffee and unsweetened tea is fine though

I went to this location Sunday about 12:15. I had a problem the last time I was in and contacted a manager. The manager was... nice and would replace the order and talk to the rude employees. So Sunday I decided to try again. Well nothing changedhorrible service, a lady ignoring me as I'm talking to her. When she finally decided to try and help me it was like she didn'twant to work. She disappeared for bit. All of a sudden. She starts talking from about 10 feet away. I turn to see who istalking to and she says talking to you. I tell her I'm not used to having talk to me from across the room. She never washed herhands and picked trashed off the ground. My large fries were less than half full. Which means it's not a large fry. She alsoshrugged her shoulders at me at walked away from me. Really poor service especially after talking to a manager about past poorservice. It's a shame to act this way. I noticed now hiring signs on the door and decent pay. Decent pay but poor service don'tmatch up. Avoid this place at all cost. This used to be the McDonalds in my area to go too and never had an issue. The last few times I have gotten food here. I have... gotten the wrong food. Whether it is just the kids meal that is messed up or the entire bag is literally someone else'sorder. Food is still great when I get it. Service is only low because of the need for me to double check everything before I gohome in fear that I will get something my family is allergic too. Let alone it just is not what I actually ordered. Read more

All of the kiosks were down and there was only 1 cashier taking orders. I had to go back because they forgot an item.

I wanted to wash my hands before I got my food & there was no soap so I tell young cashier but (so-called)manager hears me n... tells me "oh no there's soap in the dispenser but it's broken." Then walks off!!! I don't think I have to say much more...BIGGIANT ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! Read more

Disrespectful management! Yelling at employees as if you're stuck in the toilet with no paper. Lady, I hope you see this, listen... to me please...if u don't want complains, improve your customer service skills. Yelling at employees and customers...will getyou a lengthy complain and nothing else. Fix that attitude; do urself a favor and get some anger management advice, or anotherjob that doesn't requiere you to deal with ppl. Read more
