A very delicious restaurant offering a 4 meal course at a fixed price of 90 dollars. The restaurant itself has a very nice... atmosphere not bright but a bit darker and softer. This restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star and I would highlyrecommend this if in the Oceanside area. Read more

I was excited to try this new restaurant due to its beautiful location and incredible reviews about the chef. My family and I... came here in May and were thrilled with the ambience and décor. The service was overall very good. Quan took great care of us -he is obviously highly experienced and understood the food and wine options available.\n\nThe amuse bouche was absolutely to diefor. The first course was also very good. We noticed that after the first course, the quality and excitement of the dishesdeclined. The wow factor definitely disappeared after the first course for the majority of items. The uni that my fiancé addedonto one dish was slightly too fishy for our taste (could have been fresher). Many of the options were forgettable.\n\nThedessert was almost inedible. Three of us at the table tried it and hated it. Now, I usually can find a way to enjoy sweets aftera meal, but not this one. No one came by the table to ask how the desserts were - they simply came and removed our plates withno mention that half the desserts were hardly touched. Throughout the meal, they were boxing up our leftovers in the back. Ihave no problem doing it at my table, but the servers insisted they hold it in the back for us. Now the problem with that was werealized once we got home that they had forgotten to return them to us.\n\nFor a $700+ meal, we were left feeling very \"meh\"about it. I think there is a lot of potential, but you could tell many of the staff were very green and there were a lot ofkinks to still be worked out. The food was hit and miss. Although they are all very thought out dishes, I say skip the prix fixeand create a menu where you aren\'t forced to choose 1 of 4 options for 4 courses if they all aren\'t up to par inquality.\n\nIf you\'re looking for a spectacular experience with top tier food, go to Jeune and Jolie. We enjoyed our dinner from beginning to end. It takes a appreciation to really understand this level of incredible talent. The... food presentation is amazing and the flavors so unique and delicate yet strong. We left full and satisfied. I heard people inthe next table complaining about the portions, well, this is fine dining not a buffet in Vegas and again takes class in allsenses to appreciate this 5 star experience!! Excellent food, service and overall experience. Tammy was not only knowledgeable but extremely friends and personable. Chef came... out to discuss food and his heritage. The dishes were full of flavor and broad in taste. SeaBass was melt in your mouth and thesauces gave it different flavors to choose from. Very different from your typical fish fish. I would have given this spot a single or even, ?negative? stars, but the manager, our server, and every other human we... encountered were impeccable. The food was terrible. We had everything from gelatinous lobster bisque, to a crudo that could beserved on the street side(but done better) mussels that were full of sand, an uncooked parsnip half with cold bbq sauce, andother terrible food items that forced us to just call the whole entire evening. With all of the new food choices in Oceanside,you would be a fool to pay money for this menu. Absolutely awful, uninspired food that wasn?t even executed correctly- butagain, beautiful service and people that I would gladly employ in any of my businesses. Read more

Beautiful restaurant especially with the tables covered in succulents. The food pushes the boundaries a bit and is well... presented. We enjoyed lobster with caviar and the short rib. Read more

Soooooooooooooooo. All the pictures I posted were around Feb. meaning Valentines <3 <3 <3. 2 person meal was a decent price. If... you are going to worry about pricing. Place is not for you. Too much to write & I have 0 energy to do so.\n\nLet\'s begin with1st course. Honestly, was not for me. It was fish with coconut milk & the other was mushroom with something (forgive my fishmemory). Display: beautiful. Taste: hard pass. For some people, the appetizer could be for you but not my thing.\n\n2nd Course:AMAZING. Mussels & Scallops. Display: on point. Flavor: WOW. The sauce wasn\'t excessive nor felt like overwhelmed the dish. Itwas a wonderfully made.\n\n3rd Course was Fish dish & beef. Both were perfectly cooked & very flavorful. Perfectly solid on theoutside and soft & moist in the inside.\n\n4th Course was pink chocolate with some gold flake & the sugar fruit looking thing.Both were perfect on the sweetness level. Display was beautiful.\n\nService is amazing as well. Probably one of the best serviceI had for quite a while.\n\nTo sum everything up: food was amazing (1st course was the only issue), service was top notch, andenvironment was beautiful as well.
