I was reluctant about eating my food from here, One of the workers slim dude with shoulder length dark hair was preparing food... for drive thru...I looked at him he , he began scratching his armpit, and did not wash his hand, I kept looking and prayinghoping he does not touch my food PLEASE!....he fixed something then returned by the drive thru...I worked 9 1 hrs, and was sohungry at 6:45pm...I will not go to this particular one in evening, my fries were old , dry, and broken in pieces... Have not been to this KFC for awhile. It was very good today. The service was great too. Enjoyed the atmosphere.
When they give me what I order it is fine. Honestly the last 5 times I have been it?s wrong. They repeat my order back and it?s... right then get home and something is always wrong or missing. Read more
Someone should take it on themselves to clean that place up. Going through the drive-thru looking at the windows and the... building there is really nasty. Very unappealing when you're looking for something to eat. My suggestion a portable pressurewasher. Whoever owns that franchise to take some pride in it. And what's happened to the mashed potatoes? Not friendly first thing they said was only white meat crispy. There was no ice in there drink dispenser. They said was hard to... fill and could not fill it with people in the store. We got there at 12:36 no one else was there customer wise. The men?srestroom had a overflowing urinal. The tables were dirty along with the floor and windows. Our salt shaker was sticky along withthe floors. My wife?s chicken was not fully done. My ticket # was 3476. Btw music was too loud we will not be back. Read more

No line at the drive thur at 5pm on a sunday. Should be quick. waited 5 minutes no one ever said any thing. Drove by the window... no one even looked my way. Like they dont want to work today. Just giving your business to Jacks. Read more
KFC is great, but always leaves out my extra sides after repeating order back to me correctly. . Focus on accuracy more than... speed please. It's a lot to have to drive back and pick up what you left out after I just paid $40.69 for this meal. Kindaspoils the meal. Pay attention to order. This is Oneonta, Alabama store. My receipt #1770.
