The past 4 times my daughter and I have been to this McDonald's twice our fries were cold and not salted and barley any fries... were given. And then almost every time we drive through and get the mcdouble bundle which we love them, I asked for Mayonnaiseand when I go to unwrap and eat and drive off it so messy and just loaded with Mayo, dripping out of my Mc double and on to myclothes, it was nasty. I wish people would just clam down and relax so food Is prepared and looking and tasting great. And thatus customers who are paying more than we can for fast food don't get served food that's been sitting under a heat lamp or refried to get warmed up or barley get any fries at all. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE McDonald's ever since I was a kid. My Dadwould take my sister and I every payday which was every other Friday after school to get an ice cream cone and a Happy Meal itwas the best part of Friday's and now I want to experience those special times with my daughter but when all we seem to getthese past few weeks is cold Un salted and barley any fries in our bag and burgers or chicken sandwiches with tons of mayo onit dripping all over I can't make those memories with her...males me sad. I stopped by last Friday and ordered a small fry and a large drink. She asked me if I wanted my receipt. Stupidly I said no.... Well, when I checked my bank account I noticed over $17 was taken out by them. I plan on calling today to get the excess putback on my card. I was up there doing a job. I live in Pell City. If I don?t get a refund, I?ll be calling corporate. Andblasting them all over social media. I did learn a lesson. Always get your receipt. Read more
Here at the store in Oneonta Alabama, it's amazing how you pay 2.19 for a large cup of hot coffee which is a dollar more then... most McDonald's I've been to. It's ridiculous how bad they can mess up a hot coffee with 7 cream and 7 sugar. Never have I beento a place so incredibly inconsistent. I've had it given to me many different ways, very rarely the correct way. Once in a cupso nasty looking I was scared to drink it. Straight ridiculous, that store needs ALLOT of help!! Read more

Worst mcdonalds ever!!! Me and my family went out to eat and we got the big Mac bundle. 1st attempt, we only got 1 buger out of... the 2. 2nd attempt, The other 'burger' came but there was no meat on it?? This is the worst McDonald?s in the world. After ordering to double fillet of fish meals neither one were double even though as... you can see from the picture the labels on them clearly state double. As you can see from the other picture the fries are burntand hard And nasty. When I called the manager and ask for her name she flat out told me it was none of my business. Read more
Congratulations on your 97 A Health and Food Inspection (one of the highest in the area). This is one of the cleanest McDonald's... I've been in (see photos). Their food is simple and it is really fast to get food. But sometimes they mess up my order then I have to wait 5 minutes.
