How about the last time I had an issue that I requested a manager contact me about the order twice. And never received anything... via phone call or email. This time the order was picked up from someone who wasn?t a driver and not from DoorDash. This isridiculous, a $60 order is handed to some random person and I have to deal with the mistake. The order before that was so badthat made me sick was never even addressed. Papa johns is a joke as far as customer service is concerned. Outstanding. On time delivery, great pizza, great service. One of my favorites in Oneonta
The ultimate pizza didn't have half of the ingredients it used to have on it. The New York style pizza tasted like a cardboard... box pizza. Little Caesars pizza tasted better. Your paying over$35.00 on pizza it should be able to be ate. The pizzas didn'thave the garlic butter sauce or the pepper with them.Who ever cut them didn't cut all the way thru the pizza. And the New Yorkstyle pizza wasn't even cut right they halfway cut thru it and cut little slices in stead of the big slices you can't fold inhalf to eat. That is if it was good enough to eat. The young lady working there is always very polite and remembers m we by name and by my order every time.Im horrible with names,... but I think I heard a gentleman call her Kayla today. She is absolutely wonderful. This location provided me with an excellentmeal and amazing customer service. I will definitely dine there again. Read more
Pizza took almost two hours to get from placing order to delivery. Was told it would be 30 minutes. Called to check on my order... twice and was put on hold about 10 minutes both times. Then they just stopped answering the phone altogether. Employee answeringphone disconnected me twice during the ordering process. Had to give her payment information ALL over again because ofdisconnection. Too much trouble and hassle for a mediocre pizza. Read more
