I would have put zero stars but I didn't get that option. Tonight (Thursday night) I ordered online this time thinking it would... be faster or at least started by the time we got there. On the phone they said 30 minutes. I called after I ordered online justto make sure they got the order.. we waited 20 minutes to go get the pizza and it took about 7 minutes to get there. We wereinformed that it would be 20 MORE minutes..ok this is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. They're all stressed out in thereand confused. This is a TAKE and BAKE. Omg so slow and stressed in there. I almost felt sorry for them at first but this hashappened the last 3 times so...no more Papa Murphy's in Orting for us anymore. We probably could have gone to Puyallup and getit faster. Where ate the managers? Read more
Consistently good pizza and friendly helpful employees. Yep...prices are going up but every company nationwide is doing that to... stay in business due to economic necessity so higher prices are understandable in this situation. If they don't raise pricesthey can't stay in business and we can't get Papa Murphy's! Read more
I ordered online for pick up. I must have accidentally hit no mozzarella when customizing my pizza. The store called me... immediately and asked if it was really no mozzarella or if I wanted cheese on my pizza. She went above and beyond to make sureit was perfect. A++ Customer service!! Read more
