I would have put zero stars but I didn't get that option. Tonight (Thursday night) I ordered online this time thinking it would... be faster or at least started by the time we got there. On the phone they said 30 minutes. I called after I ordered online justto make sure they got the order.. we waited 20 minutes to go get the pizza and it took about 7 minutes to get there. We wereinformed that it would be 20 MORE minutes..ok this is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. They're all stressed out in thereand confused. This is a TAKE and BAKE. Omg so slow and stressed in there. I almost felt sorry for them at first but this hashappened the last 3 times so...no more Papa Murphy's in Orting for us anymore. Consistently good pizza and friendly helpful employees. Yep...prices are going up but every company nationwide is doing that to... stay in business due to economic necessity so higher prices are understandable in this situation. If they don't raise pricesthey can't stay in business and we can't get Papa Murphy's! Read more

I ordered online for pick up. I must have accidentally hit no mozzarella when customizing my pizza. The store called me... immediately and asked if it was really no mozzarella or if I wanted cheese on my pizza. She went above and beyond to make sureit was perfect. A++ Customer service!! Read more

Not a fan of their skyrocketing prices but they gotta stay in business. The pizza is usually great only once did i ask for extra... sauce on one of two pies in my order and they put it on the wrong one. I'm sure had i have gone back they would have made itright but we were hungry and just ate it. Read more

I come here every Tuesday and preordering it has always been a great success. I was really disappointed this time. Dont get me... wrong the pizza was great but I got there late and murder still wasnt ready. In fact I sat there about another 15-20 min afterit was supposed to be done. One customer waited so long he had to leave with part of his order and said he would have to sendhis wife to come back. Maybe everyone was new, I dont know but I think I will order from a different place next week..... Read more

It's at 22 minutes when I made my order. I spent 20 minutes in Safeway getting sodas. I come back to find out the two teen boys... behind the counter couldn't have cared to even start my order. So I came in and asked them to please start it. When I and backto the parking lot because I drove around the block I noticed them continually checking the front window because they're goofingaround playing around and acting like 6 year olds.
