Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in today with a coupon to buy 3 subs. Was told they don't honor the coupons we get in the... mail. Went next door to Modoo and got dinner. After hearing from friends that the meat is old and bad, the employees don'tfollow hygiene rules, glad I didn't get my dinner there. In Orting they are on the do not eat list, I found out tonight. Just went in to get six sandwiches to go, every single sandwich was made incorrectly. The lady with the tattoos making... sandwiches was very rude. I decided to give Subway one more shot, I won't be going back. They really should think about theemployees at this location. Read more

I walked in to this location 15 minutes before closing, on a Sunday evening. I was told they were getting ready to close. It... appeared everything was already put away. While I understand trying to clean as much as possible before closing, this is a bitridiculous. Its sandwiches, that do not take long to make. TERRIBLE service!! The workers ?Tatum? and ?Trinity? are the rudest and slowest workers I have ever seen in my life. When I ask... for extra of something they always roll their eyes and give like 3 little pieces of what I asked for. My wife and I walked in to order sandwiches for us and our 3 kids, with no one else in the lobby. Apparently our order was a... huge inconvenience and every request was met with an eye roll. We had to ask for each special instruction, such as toasting ornot toasting, at least 3 times. Another customer walked in when our sandwiches were being made, and the employee making oursandwiches said, ?it?s going to be a minimum of 15-20 mins because I am currently making 5 sandwiches, but if you still insiston ordering you can have a seat at a table and wait.? To clarify, there were no phone-in or door dash orders waiting? there wasnot a line? we were the only customers there. Also to clarify, our kids sandwiches consist of meat and cheese? that?s it.Although I didn?t think it was even possible, she wasn?t kidding about her estimated wait time. 20-25 mins later we left withour food and I apologized to the other patron who was still sitting at a table waiting despite the employees best effort toencourage him to leave.
