If you order food, especially to go, check your order. One item was wrong, missing two flavors on our wings and nobody answers... the phone. You listen to the audio, then once it ends you get a message stating ?no one is available to answer your call?asking you to try again and hangs up on you. Called 4 to 5 times with no answer, have to drive back to the restaurant to get itfixed, then eat a bunch of cold wings. Adding a second star because they fixed our order. Wings were wild! Unfortunately, so was the management; Disappointed with the staffing. It's odd, typically when a happy hour is... advertised by a restaurant. You'd expect to be seated in <2 minutes. "If" seating is: self-seating; Signage should beprovided. Soon after entry, I stood at the kiosk, awaiting to be seated, for 8 minutes. Amidst that time, waiters wereattending tables, making eye contact with me, etc. Phone was continously going off as well, unfortunately for the callers therewere no staff attending the phone. Once seated, I was left unattended (again), w/no waiting services: i.e, no drinks, water,appetizers etc. For 25 minutes (a total of 33 minutes has gone by, with No drinks, appetizers or food). Amongst the 25 minutes,I saw groups be seated in less than a minute of entering. I know, maybe the busser was on break? But that's when managementcomes into play for restaurant businesses. ensure all guests are attended too. Not a great start for a happy hour, lunch, andfuture choice of fine dining. Despite the turbulence above, food was, and always is fantastic! Arrived, 10 mins after ordering(43 minutes in totality). BWW (the brand) keep up the great work, as alwaysa! Please do give the PD location, not only the staffthey need, but the training as well! Until then, I am happy to travel out of town for another BWW venue. Read more
The cauliflower wings were amazing. Great atmosphere and the Mango Cart beer is one of my favorite drinks to get here
I have visited this location before and had a better experience. Service was lacking and considering it wasn't busy when we got... there, a little disappointing. Was never offered a second beer(their loss) was given lots of ranch and when we asked for bluecheese, we got one small one for two orders. Food was as you would expect it, good. I don't think I will visit this locationagain. Not the good times you see on the commercials. Read more
Waitress was slow and dis-interested. Took over 13 min to get a drink then was not what was ordered. She took our order brought... our food and appetizer w/o dipping sauce , napkins, plates or flatware just flopped it down and walked away. Order was mixedup. We asked for manager and then new waitress. She said she?d send over another person. 10 min later he came by. We orderedanother drink and never received it. We paid at front desk. If 0 was an option it's what I'd select. Not sure what happened to this location but it's horrible now! First and foremost my... wings came to me barely warm. Not hot at all like they were sitting around not fresh at all. When I informed the waiter hedidn't really seem to care and asked me what I would like to have him do? Oh I don't know, get me some fresh ???? wings! Also mypotato wedges did not come with the bacon bits like I requested to him and he once again showed no care to fix the issue. Whenmy wings finally came they weren't the full 20 I ordered because BWW had the nerve to subtract the cold wings I ate beforewaiting for the waiter to come back which you can even see clear as day on the count for each in the picture! I can literallypicture the waiter or cook counting how many wings I ate of each flavor and subtracting them from my new fresh hot order Ishould have got in the first place! Where was that time and energy with my original order? Y'all really that cheap and petty?!It seriously felt like they accused me of trying to get free cold wings or something. Aside from that the wing quality is poor.Super small, too crispy, dry, no flavor, etc. My son didn't even want to eat anymore. Lastly the music being played washorrible! Save some money and make wings at home. I've gotten great service only once here. They continue to fail. Everytime I order on... the app something is always missing at pickup. This last order was dry but greasy how does that happen?. I only assume that itwas left out then reheated in old oil. I was told that the service was getting better from management but it seems worse. Thehost/cashier seemed confused and overwhelmed with calls and seating. I had 2 female employees dog me over their error, all Iwanted was my sauce for my wings. Overpriced, Overcooked and Understaffed. Read more
