The restaurant is located on Palm Canyon next to Starbucks which is closing down. I observed very poor treatment of a family of... Homeless but very humble looking people.. The Jack in the Box management should not be obviously rude, short and disrespectfulto ANY one of their customers.... their money spent the same as anyone's... That Manager embarrassed them. Placed my order in the drive through, everything was okay until I asked where was my sauce. Then it became an issue. At first... the man at the window was already handing me my food but when I discovered my sauces weren't in the bag the manager refused togive me sauce for my burger. They had already okayed the sauce I requested and then refused to give them to me because theirpolicy says they charge for sauce. Apparently your not allowed sauce for your burgers if I can't have a meal and enjoy itproperly with honey mustard I'm not just gonna except that and leave unhappy. Also I'm not gonna add another small charge to myacct and unbalance my card with $1.00 charge, so I asked for a total refund of my $45.00 and took my hard earned money toMcDonald's. It was unfortunate because I wasn't in palm springs for fun I was visiting my husband in the hospital who isfighting for his life after a near fatal car accident and my kids were hungry but thanks a lot Jack's for not bringing somepeace of mind to my family. You made a bad day even worse. Never again would I go back to this location and you took the foodback with all of our germs that we got from the hospital good move on your part smart choice with covid going around and youdidn't toss it you handed it to another customer.
