My son's sub had some kind of cloth stringy type of material baked into his sandwich bread. When I complained the manager tried... to argue that it was peppercorn sauce (what!?!?!) Which is a sauce he didn't even chose for his sandwich, and act like he didn'tunderstand. Told him I wasnt arguing but for them to be careful what they are doing there. Never returning for sure. This is the worst subway experience I?ve ever had. Especially the guy named sammy is extremely rude to customers and never... serves shredded cheese. I?ve seen him very unhygienic without wearing mask properly and shout at my friends many times. Hethinks that he?s says speaking English but I don?t understand a word he says. Every time I go I have to substitute 2-3 items on the sub. Seems they've been out of spinach and shredded cheese for months.... Maybe they just won't carry it anymore. Also only a few staff wear their mask properly, and when I've asked an employee to placetheir mask up while making my food I got an eye roll. I'll stick to other subways from now on! Read more
