Store front is hit and miss on whether it is open. It honestly miss often then hit. It is my local store and been going there... for over 11 years twice a day for coffee. Since re-opening the store front is close far to often do to staffing issues. In thelast 5 days I have visited the store 10 times with the store front service only available 2 out the 10 times. Sign about theclosures a very general in that they say they are 'Closed temporarily do to staff' giving no indication of when the store frontmaybe open again leaving customers confused and wondering is it going to open in a few minutes or few hours. Lived by this timmies for years and always had slow service never really judged it?s a small location. Then one day my mom went... through the drive thru and ordered like she normally does, she got to the window and they started screaming at her not to comeback and she was banned because she was rude last time she was in?. Meanwhile my mom had just bought a new coffee maker andhadn?t been to that timmies in almost 2 months, when she tried to say maybe they had the wrong person as she had no idea whatthey were talking about they gave her her drinks and said if she didn?t leave they would call the police. All I know is they?velost my entire families money as we won?t be going back, and if I didn?t move to Hamilton I?d be taking it up with the managermyself because that?s wrong. Read more

This is a cute little Tim Hortons. But don't get confused, it has all the stuff available. It has drive through as well as in... store options available. The staff is helpful and nice to talk with. Highly recommended for your next cup of coffee. Read more
