We came to Wing house for the first time last night before a movie - great location attached to the entrance of the... Cineplex. The server was immediately friendly and welcoming and explained the menu and features, and gave us great and promptservice and a great positive attitude the whole time. This is the reason I left this review! Good service should be recognized!Unfortunately I forget her name but she works in Blue Mtn as well ?? The wings were perfectly cooked - huge portions and saucechoices were fun to decide on. Order bombay chk wrap and veggie nachos, the wrap was good but this is what we got for the Nachos, literally no cheese at all,... paid $13.75 plus taxes, this is the 2nd time they messed up the order. When we called the store the so called Manager/Server wasso rude and senseless , she said ?I do not know how to reimburse you for that, and since this is your 2nd complaint, why did youorder here again? ???? I've been coming to the wing house since it opened. And I'm happy to say this is an amazing restaurant. Extremely friendly staff... great food great selection of wings and a amazing patio. All-in-one prime location right next to the Cineplex perfect for a mealbefore a movie. Not to mention the TVs 22 TVs playing sports 24/7. So come grab some food and have a good time. Just went here with my girlfriend and had a great time up until there was a huge hair in my wings sadly. Didn?t think much but... to send them back then was brought with questioning and wasn?t even apologized too. I was more then fine with waiting for myfood again but for the servers to question me and not even feel apologetic at all was just a joke to me. Definitely won?t becoming back and Don?t recommend going especially if there is a bigger pink hair girl serving. Read more
