The food was amazing. Ordered chicken green chili spicy and fried dumplings. The green chili sauce was so tasty and the... vegetables were very fresh. Dumplings were crispy. I went in while they were really busy and they got my carry out order donequickly. I will definitely be going back. Give this place a try if you want quality Thai food. Great people?s restaurant. Terrible first experience at this place. They quoted me 30 minutes wait time for takeout and it ended up taking an hour to get... food. My fiancé waited 30 minutes in the restaurant and we only ordered 2 noodle dishes. It was clear they had not even startedcooking our food until her got there. Completely unacceptable. They ruined my Sunday night. Strongly urge you to save your timeand go to the many other Thai restaurants in the area. Read more

We went to Ban Bamboo for dinner and had a mediocre experience. We had the fried tofu appetizer, which was the standard,... flavorless frozen tofu triangles. Would not get again. For my main, I had green curry, which was the consistency of soup. I havenever had a curry that was so thin. My photo doesn?t do it justice? I wish I had taken a video. The flavor was pretty good butit was hard to enjoy after dumping rice in to try to get it to a consistency that I could eat. My husband had the spicy noodles, which I tried, and they had a nice flavor. Read more

Outstanding food. Everything tastes amazing. The pad thai is the most authentic I've had in Philly. The Tom Kha is actually... aromatic. I've had a number of other dishes and they're all fantastic, you can't go wrong. The host (?) is also very nice andthe interior is pretty. Read more

Delicious food! Good prices (they're all about $2 higher than the pics of the menu posted here a year ago). Great service - very... friendly and attentive; they kept refilling our waters after we overestimated our spice tolerance and ordered a dish that wastoo spicy for us (and we have a pretty high spice tolerance so they're keeping it real)! Very cute interior. Read more

So happy to find a great place for Pad Thai. Generous portion and pretty spicy! The crab rangoons were definitely homemade and... you can tell. Ordered pickup on a weekend night and it was ready within 25 minutes. Will definitely be back and trying morestuff on the menu. Read more

So good always. Authentic Lao food right here! I ordered the fresh shrimp roll set, the papaya salad, beef larb, Kanom Jeen name... ya noodle soup, & extra sticky rice! Gotta ask to do medium spicy. Some of the dishes like the Larb come super spicy! Read more
