Been here a two times, hoping to see an improvement. Their empanadas are ok, but for the size and price, it's a bit off-putting.... $4 for an empanada, the size of my car key fob, is not right. Their beef and chicken empanadas leave a lot to be desired. Theironly saving grace is the leeks empanadas. Coming from new york city, all the argentine bakeries sell empanadas twice the size, for half the price and they taste ????. Also, $12 bucks for a small Mason jar of chimichurri, come on guys really? Seriously? 2empanadas, a cappuccino, and the chimichurri jar came out to $26.00 ???? Read more

Wow! I almost don’t know where to begin. Besides the food, the best part of my experience was getting to chat it up with the... cafe owner, Jezabel. I stopped in on a Sunday with friends… we dined in and sat in the sitting area where there was anunobstructed view the kitchen. Jezabel was there rolling pastry dough and was happy to share stories about her passion for food— recreating and modernizing her childhood food traditions. Everything about Jezabel’s is a WHOLE vibe. It’s no wonder…Jezabel’s cafe is warm and inviting… and, truly a reflection of her warmth. Y’all need to treat yourselves. Likely Ishould say something about the food… My go-tos are the empanadas — the spicy beef and spicy chicken. And, I’ve committedto trying something new each time I stop in. My last visit, I added Medialunas and Facturas into my rotation. Oh! LOVE thechorizo and lentil soup, which is seasonal. Ohhh… and the quiche is delicious. All of the food is decadent and delicious andreminiscent of home and comfort… a definition that will vary person to person. But, believe me when I say, Jezabel gives ataste of her home and traditions — with a twist — in every bite. Stop in. And, you can thank me later. Read more

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food (in my opinion) was a bit pricey. I do like Argentinian empanadas and... have bought many in New Jersey. The typical Argentinian empanada is about double the size of the ones available here. Don't getme wrong these were very tasty. We had the spicy beef, spicy chicken, spicy corn, onion, leeks and cheese empanadas. However, after a number of empanadas, coffee, a drink and one dessert up to $90. If you can afford this place you'll probably love it. Itis wheelchair accessible and very open. It includes seating inside and outside. Again, other than the price the places extremelyclean and the staff are super nice. I gave them four stars because they were wheelchair accessible and had pretty decent food. Read more

They have excellent pastries and baked goods. Their empanadas and tortas are pretty good too. Today I went and got the lunch... special which has 2 empanadas and a “fancy salad” that was supposed to come with lentils and roasted veggies. The salad wasjust lettuce and pickled red onion, no dressing. The empanadas were pretty good but the salad was really disappointing and Idon’t think it’s worth $14. Read more

I went for a late lunch and got the Argentinian special which was 2 empanadas and a salad for $12.XX. The salad was quite... interesting, as it was filled with flavors that I’d never tasted before. The chicken empanada was ok, tasted a bit dry. The 2pastries I purchased were delicious. The mini pie pastry was made with a fruit filling of 2 different fruits. Read more

Went here for brunch and it was excellent. Really love the open kitchen concept. It was cool seeing your food being made and... eating empanadas fresh out of the over. All the pastries were delicious as well. Staff was attentive and friendly..I would mostdefinitely recommend Jezabel's if you want to try authentic Argentine baked goods. Read more

Great place to grab a quick bite or to stay to study or catch up with a friend. They sell empanadas and salad and other yummy... food. There chicken empanadas are delicious. They have vegetarian options which is also a bonus. The decor is bright yellow withcold and wood. I like the vibe. The staff is kind. I visited in order to study for the GRE and it was quiet but the times therewere a lot of people I didn't mind because I just plugged in my headphones. The menu is a little pricy - $3 for an empanadawhich I would get for 20 cents on the DR but the price is what it is for the location and ambiance. I think my favorite featureis that they have a recycling, landfill and compost bin. I do not mind the price knowing they are environmentally conscious.Love it!!! Read more
