I cannot get enough of this Autumn Squash Soup! It's soooo good. And, the staff was wonderful. I'm handicapped and they offered... to carry my soup to the table for me. But, how she did it was with such respect! I really appreciated it! Kudos PaneraBread! Only one thing you gotta fix... That Lemon Drop Cookie. This panera is literally the worst at following directions so if you have an allergy don?t come here. Many times ingredients... were ignored, replaced without consent, and just straight up forgotten especially with curb side orders. This is the first time we had ordered breakfast sandwiches. A neighbor gave me a gift cards so my wife and I ordered bagel... sandwiches. I got the asiago bagel with sausage and egg and my wife got the avocado, egg white sprouted bread sandwich. Pickupwas quick through the rapid entrance however I never received my free muffin and went to the counter and nobody was there. Thecustomer service is not that great thats why I took off a star. Their menu has a nice variety to choose from. I recently stumbled upon their breakfast menu and I prefer their breakfast... sandwich over that of Dunkin's/Starbucks. I had the sausage, over-easy egg and cheese on brioche. My kids love their bakeryselection, smoothies and teas/lemonade. The dining area is well kept. There's ample parking spaces. They even have designatedRapid Pick-Up parking spots for those who order ahead. Team members are always pleasant and polite. I have ordered deliverynumerous times. One time, they overlooked one of my items but they were apologetic and made up for it on my next order. Another time, the third-party delivery service never showed up and I was refunded my purchase. The hot drinks are not hot at all. Room temperature is Hot? Coffee, tea, ?hot? water is not even close to warm. Why is it so... hard to check if beverages are hot are at least warm. At 4pm all the coffee and hot water is at room temp. Probably beenstanding there since morning. Losers Read more
