I went on Friday around 5:15pm. There was mo parking lot. I had to park half on the side walk. The menu is on a screen that... moves very fast. It took me several minutes to read the menu. The woman are rude and have no patience. The first time tried this restaurant it was okay nothing amazing. So I decided to try it again because I just worked a 12 hour... shift wanted oxtail I ended up here the food was horrible I really just want a refund I spend $59.00 on two of the most nastiestplatters. I woke up mad because I can?t believe how nasty the food was. It was so bad that I smell the taste in my mouth it mademe nauseous. The jerk chicken is just over the top hot/spicy there's absolutely no flavor to be found. The greens are bland no flavor ZERO... the rice and peas zero flavor and the cabbage that I didn't order is like warm Cole slaw without the mayo. I ordered Mac andcheese that didn't come I guess they substituted hot hard and crunchy Cole slaw for Mac and cheese. Absolute GARBAGE a waste ofmoney! I seen the reviews of people saying it was the best and that's a lie. Dezzys on Frankford Ave is delicious and plentiful.Mind you Shana's gives you two thighs of warm flavorless chicken on a platter where Dezzys give you two chicken leg quarters ina styrofoam plate this little plate went straight in the trash never again will I give this place any of my coins.
