Confusion: I ordered the tomato pie and it has the option to “add extra cheese” for $2.00. Pizza comes without any cheese... otherwise. i got tomato sauce and bread. The food is great, in fact one of my favorites in the area. But the customer service always leaves me wanting to never come... back. I always have anxiety when I have to call or go in for my order, because it always feels like I'm burdening them?? I am a true pizza, stromboli, cheesesteak and chicken lover! I have had those favorites from "a lot" of pizza shops and other... restaurants -and I have to say -"Temple Town Pizza" has the best of it all! So, delicious! I can see myself regularly orderingfrom this place! I really don't feel right leaving a mere 5 star review! After sampling this restaurant's offerings -I thinkthat a 10 star review is in order! I asked for my pizza to be cooked well and when I got there it wasn’t. One of the guys said that it was in fact well anymore... and it would’ve been burnt. The box has the nerve to read Custom Made to Your Order BS. Even my 5 yo said “ their pizza isnot the best”. Read more
UNACCEPTABLE, BIG MISTAKE !! After waiting an hour for my food, I called the store with my confirmation number and was told that... the order was not ready. The delivery estimate was 45 mins and after an hour they had not even started my order. I know ittakes every bit of 10 minutes to make a pizza from start to finish, if you know what you are doing. Every time I go the food is spectacular and the employees are phenomenal. Currently on item 5/6 out of A LOT. Going to try lots... on the menu. Good prices, and LOTS of food. Pizza is really good as well are the wings. Read more
