I'm sorry. I got the cabbage and the collard greens and they both were pretty bad. The other people with me didn't like their... veggies either. But they did say that the fried chicken and the macaroni and cheese were very good. It's just the vegetablesthat sucked. Personally I couldn't take more than a couple bites of my vegetables. Maybe they would have gotten better after afew more bites, but I couldn't afford to take a chance like that. A couple bites and then in the trash they went. I don't knowhow to feel about a soul food place that can't master collards or cabbage. That's weird to me and I don't think I will try themfor the non-veggies items. I'm sorry. Just returned home to Philly after a long drive and decided to call in. I asked for tuna macaroni and they don't sell it. I... ordered fried whiting, yams and collards with lemon cake. The food was okay and the whiting fish had a nice flavor. But the yamsare on the dry side. I had to wait almost an hour and the whole order was almost $30. Thats crazy! I ordered turkey wings, collard greens & yams?nowhere in that sentence does it say Mac and cheese. I drive 25 mins to get there,... check my order and head back home.. as I?m eating the yams i notice 1 macaroni noodle .. then i notice a spoon full of MAC andcheese mixed inside my yams.
