I intially loved going here since there's no other bubble tea store in North Pickering. I was a loyal and frequent customer... until the prices went up and consistency decreased. As another reviewer noted, there certainly has been a steep increase in thepricing. A drink I frequently ordered used to cost $4.69, which was then increased to $5.97 and is now $6.85. These increaseswere all within a span of 8 months, not to mention the cup sizes are smaller now too. On top of that, they've removed thecoupons that used to sit by the cashier so now you don't have any chance of getting some $$ off. You're basically now payingmore for less with 0 chance to save. Another thing also is that the service is inconsistent most of the times. When asked for noice, they sometimes still add ice. When you ask for the tapioca (and pay extra for it), they don't add the tapioca. This can'tbe blamed on new hires because the owner himself has made these mistakes. We ha e been wanting to try KF Tea for a while now and today was the day! We got the following: Carmel Machiatto with Tapioca,... Mango Creamsicle with Tapioca, Lychee Punch with Grape Popping Bubbles, and a Orea Slush with Tapioca. It is extremely yummy,tasty....and just simply DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back again. Staff was very friendly and helpful when kids weremaking a decision. If you are in the area, stop and get a bubble tea. Great place! Read more
Been coming here pretty regularly just about since they opened. Super friendly staff, and I've watched as the owner talked new... customers through the whole process and helped them make a decision as there's a ton of options and customizations. They alsooffer a rewards program to collect points for free toppings / drinks / money off large orders etc. Overall one of the bestBubble Tea establishments I've been to and the quality has always been extremely consistent. Great selection of drinks and the owner as well as the staff are all wonderful. I being the creature of habit always get Mango... Snow Slush which is heavenly but all other drinks are great as well. The place is also incredibly clean which I appreciate verymuch. I have however seen a jump in prices lately of about 20% which I think is quite a steep increase so not entirely pleasedabout that. Greeted right when I stepped inside the tea shop. Lots of variety so I stood on the side to have a look at the full menu. I had... my eyes on the specialties tea to truly determine the quality. Tried the Kung Fu green tea and it was super delicious. I readthis in the menu and I was extremely happy with the end result. At Kung Fu Tea, every beverage is made-to-order with real KungFu. Our tea is freshly brewed every 3 hours using premium tea leaves. I definitely recommend this tea shop. Read more

Amazing customer service! Location is very convenient as well. My very first visit was a week after opening and the girl who... took my order was very friendly and sweet! I visited again and received the wrong toppings in my drink (note: I absolutely hatecomplaining as I work in food & customer service myself and feel bad as they have to remake the drink); however, an employeeapologized then remade my drink right away! My family and I are now obsessed and continue to purchase KF Tea almost every week! Read more
The tea and the coffee are the best. All employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Any time I am in the store I feel like... very valued customer. Highly recommend. I tried many bubble tea places before but KF tea Pickering is really different than anyother. Read more
