This was the first and last time that I ordered food from this catering. Very Unprofessional owner, when I talked to him... regarding my order which was less. He rudely behaved and talked. They sent me the same amount of food for 30 people and then thenext time for 45 people. I called them several times. Eventually, They referred me to the owner. He addressed the issue in avery rude and inhumane approach and hung up on me at the end. If this is the case, I would neither order food from this cateringin the future nor recommend it to my family and friends. Read more
Food is good and prices are reasonable but customer service is unacceptable. We placed a catering order and were told to call a... week before to place it. Seems like they have no proper way of documenting orders in their system. We had to call multiple timesto confirm the order. On the day of the event, we called 2.5 hours before the pickup time to confirm the order and seems likethey had forgotten our order! The guy on the phone seemed confused about which order we were talking about. Very unorganized.Thankfully we did receive our order but was half hour late and fish was barely enough foe half the people. Wont place cateringorder again. Read more
Ok'ish food. Hit or Miss taste. Leather Menu is not accurate, use the paper book menu. Chili Chicken was good & tasted nice... with fresh Naan. Seekh Kabab were ok. Nihrai is nothing more than a plain curry. And Biryani, unfortunately, istasteless. They serve plenty of sauce & raita with dine-in, which is great. Washrooms are clean. Read more
We had catering done for 100 people. The order pick up time was 6:45pm, from 7:30 on we were repeatedly told it'll take 5... minutes more. Finally, at 8pm the 6:45pm order was ready. We were expecting to serve dinner for the 100 people by 7:15, insteadwe served dinner at 8:15 when the hall was rented until 9:30pm. I found the experience both with the service and the food very satisfying. The kind staff was very patient and informative with... all explanations of the food and dishes...since it was only my first time dining there. The take out section was also very fastand the meals were very generous servings. The nice touch was when the owner took time to come out from the back to greet andmeet us as a first time customer. Compared to the multiple times we have ordered from here including a catering order in July 2019 for my parents 50th anniversary... their standards have become worse. I ordered the bbq platter for thanksgiving in 2021 it had absolutely no taste it was likeeating plain rice and trying to wash it down with water. Very sad their quality has gone below zero. Will not recommend themeven my dogs would not eaT it I threw it out. Read more
Tasty Pakistani no frills restaurant. The restaurant is not much to look at but think flavour over fancy dining. Daily specials... make the meals affordable. Usually meals are enough for 2 or 3 people to eat. Biriyani is simple looking but packed withflavour. Kabobs are spicy and moist. Naan soft and fluffy. Probably tandoori chicken is not the best. I think the owners sonsrun the cash and are super polite. My only reason I don?t give 5 is food takes a long time to make. I guess it?s fresh buteasily wait 45-1hour. Best to order well in advance.
