Decent customer service, but in general the food was over-seasoned (they love their pepper), but lacked a depth of flavour. The... biggest gripe is they do not know how to cook a steak. I asked for blue (which I confirmed before ordering was possible, andwould be blue-rare at wort)), and it came out medium-rare or more (the photo is of a more rare piece, other spots cooked muchmore). As noted by the staff after ordering, they indicated they overcook their steaks more than compared with other places. They did try to address it, but lesson learned. Read more

The food was good and the staffs were nice and friendly. However, the only thing is that we (me and my friend) waited for 10... minutes to be seated and there were a lot of empty tables (for 4 or more) during the whole time that we were eating, and we beseated at a table that was right next to a big post, and because my friend is a bit chubby so I'm the person who have to squeezeinto the seat. If they can get their customer a better seat and maybe consider more about customer experience rather thankeeping empty big tables for big groups, that will be great. Read more

Strolled on I to earls grill n bar in Port Coquitlam, I had Aleksandra as my server assistant and Lauren as my server. Both did... an incredible job, gave us great service as well as served us great food. Will be back soon! Read more

Great customer service but the food is bland. We ordered Chicken curry so I can understand they can't match a Punjabi/Indian... restaurant but the things that they're trying to match or surpass like the rest of the food are so bland, no spice. Taste isvery subjective and some people might like their cooking style but it wasn't for us. Dessert Creme Brulee was pretty good. In myhonest opinion Cactus tastes better and has way bigger portions. Read more

Edit: Tacos were absolutely delicious along with the margaritas!! Fantastic service as usual! Had an amazing dining experience... on New Years Day thanks to our server Tess as she had great personality, provided quick service, accommodated to our needs andfollowed up appropriately! We were here tonight and ordered 2 steaks, wings and a dessert. Amazing food, amazing service. There was a mixup with our steaks... but the server and manager quickly resolved the issue and went above and beyond in making our experience fantastic. Greatcustomer service! I don't go to earls often but the food here is pretty delicious. I had the santa fe chicken salad, which was pretty standard and... nothing special. My friend had the new prawn shroomami bowl which was surprisingly very good. The tempura was perfectly friedand mixed together with the cauliflower quinoa with the kale and pickled onion, it all just worked together really well. Theonly thing is that it was around $28 which is extremely expensive in my opinion. I would suggest going during happy hour andgetting the vegan shroomami bowl, which is the same except it is tofu instead of prawn and it is $18 I think. The clam chowderhere was delicious as well.
