The food tastes great but there are issues. Prices have risen (like everywhere else due to inflation) but I am sure that the... entree portion sizes have shrunk as well. Ordered online and arrived at the scheduled pick up time. I've been to the Mall 205 location three times in the last month. For each time, the staff was extremely aloof and uncaring. ... If you're in line and then get up to the front area to order, nobody acknowledges you. No eye contact and nobody says, "Hi...just a minute." (And they're standing right in front of you.) They are apparently too busy filling online orders. And thenwhen you finally finish your order and it's put in line to be be eventually rung up, you'll get ignored again and then thecashier will walk off and do something else... and not say a word about leaving the area. You're left alone waiting to pay. And then the other workers are confused as to which order is yours. My friend and I will not going back to this location. It was busy but the line was moving so I have no complaints. The food is good and the price is not bad for the portions.
