The line to order was huge and the orders were long, but the workers were calm, efficient, and welcoming. I would definitely... come back. I might have spent 25 minutes in line but it was worth it as they were continuously making new batches of hot freshfood. Tonight was the worst service I've ever had at a panda. I've been coming to this specific panda since they opened but tonight... was not the night. Employees kept cutting me off and confusing my order, I waited to be checked out for 5m as the cashier wasnowhere to be found, and once I got home my meat and veggies were over cooked burnt and tacky sticking to my teeth and burntflavor over everything. Worst food I've tasted in a long time. The rice tasted like there was a chemical in it, the orange chicken tasted like it had... old man cologne in it, and the spring role was cold. Terrible food, not to be racist but what happened to the Asians? The foodwas good when they were running the show. Now its white and Mexican girls, who have no idea what they're doing. Read more
UPDATE: 30+ minute wait for an online order pick up. A long line to the door came and went the entire time I was waiting. NOT... COOL. So much for "saving time" with online ordering. ORIGINAL: Asian manager was rudely chiding a black female employee forforgetting her name tag (she did her laundry and forgot) in public view. The way she spoke was disproportionately rude. It wasunwarranted, demeaning, and I suspect racially motivated. All the while, only one other girl was working while she took theblack female to the back to lecture about name tags. I would have given 5 stars. There was a guy who gave me less than a scoop per meal , his coworker did better. Please train them... well. Food is yummy and awesome . Good vibe at the place. Showed up right at open but sadly had to wait 10min for the food that was still cooking. The food has seemed to improve since... last time I was here? not sure if it?s the cooks or something changed but am happy with this location now. Tables are clean andfloors are very clean! Read more
