Order never arrived and they wouldn't answer the phone.
SLOW delivery. Not dependable. Don?t trust the app. Pizza was cold and tastes like vomit.
I placed my order via online service for delivery at 5:59PM. I used the Domino's tracker the entire time to keep updated on... where my order was at. It sat in the prep portion for an hour before I called the restaurant to see if perhaps the online systemwas wrong. The person I spoke to told me they were very delayed and that half the staff had not shown up for the night.Understandable. I could wait a bit more. I kept checking the Domino's tracker periodically and shortly after 8:00PM I realizedmy order had been cancelled. There was no explanation nor any phone call made regarding this sudden change. That last thing Ihad seen on the tracker was that it was in the "quality check" portion. When I called to find out what had happened to my order,I was placed on a long hold. No explanation was given nor was I offered anything other than my order, but it would have to bestarted all over again. I accepted only because I had already waited so long, and unsurprisingly, the quality of the order whenit arrived was terrible. The breadstick portion of my order was not prepared correctly. Ordered food around 8pm and we waited 3 hours starving! Still waiting on the pizza still. Totally dissatisfied with the service... and never getting it from them again. They had lost a loyal customer. I called and stated they only have one person doingdelivery and went on break. Super inconsiderate and bad services. Im extremely disappointed and I hope management would improve. Read more
Awesome awesome awesome, best experience I?ve had. Over the years dominoes has upped their pizza game, so much so that I can?t... think of another place I?d rather order pizza. Delivery was quick, and the pizza was piping hot & fresh! Not ashamed to admit,one of the highlights of my week. Read more
Ordering online is not that bad and you get points towards your next pizza. The problem is more often than not (more than 60% of... the time) my pizza have been overcooked. Sometimes its just the bubles and toppings, sometimes its the crust and most of thepizza. I now have to check the pizza before taking it home. I also have to call in after I have ordered it online to make surethey take it out before it is overcooked. A manager told me a couple of months ago the oven was over cooking it and process wasfixed. Nop, it happened again & again. A friend said they increase temps so the pizza is cooked faster. I don't know but I wouldlrather wait an extra 5 min than have to cut out pieces of burnt up parts so I can eat the rest of pizza. Read more
Ordered light sauce and it's oozing out everywhere, hard to hide the sauce when all you get is an ounce of cheese....loyal... customer, not anymore Read more
Only rating this place not good because they have an alarm at the door that?s motion censored (not door activated) and when you... wait inside for the pizza it is so annoying going off all the time. The staff is friendly and food is good. I recommend deliveryor wait in the car lol. I feel bad for the employees hearing it so much. Read more
