Great food. Good staff. Very clean. Picking up online orders is awkward. I feel like I have to watch for my order and then ask... for it when it's ready or it will just sit there. Not the store's fault, but you can't order fountain drinks online and thatchanges your options. I guess you could order the sandwiches online and buy the drinks when you get there. Read more
Absolutely trash... If you are ordering from any service.. don't bother, they don't even check orders.. so if you feel like... going through the refund and reorder process apparently this is the place for you.. 2 times now I have been burned by thisplace. You are better off with the subway near here.. this place is garbage. Read more
Love this location and the amazingly nice employees! They always get our orders spot on, the sandwiches are PERFECTLY DELICIOUS,... and we get a regular sub each and have half on our way to the hike and another half at the mountain top. Our favorite sandy forany occasion! Read more
The person making sandwiches should wear a mask if they should have to keep wipping his nose. People making food should wear a... mask over their face. ! Good sandwiches. They really need a better system because no one knew what to do. They were steppingover each other. Having to repeat sandwiches. Too many choices on the menu. They were messy. Assists manager is so rude!!!!! I work with customers every day and she has no customer service skill. I eat here three times a... week, and have never been charge like I was today. Then when I asked a question about a new policy ( that was changedovernight). I was very aggressively told that she is the assist manager and knows the rules. My question was never answer. Iasked for one type of meat to be sub for a different meat on the sandwich and got charged extra meat. When I tried to ask anicer employee about it. She proceeded to come over and again, I got snapped at that she is the assists manager and knows therules better then anyone. The entire time I was waiting for my sandwich she was glaring at me. Other employees felt the need toapologize for how rude she is was to, and that they don?t understand why I was being charge like I was. Needless to say I willstop coming here. Read more
I have never eaten at Jersey Mike?s before today because I thought a sandwich was a sandwich, boy was I wrong all these years.... It?s been over 5 years since I?ve eaten a sub. We ordered Jersey Mikes subs because there close and it was getting late, so wefigured hey why not. How is a 6in sub with almost no filling a $13 sandwich (before tax!)?! Make it two of these, and you've got a $30 meal with less... substance then you can get for less than $10 at any other fast food place. They are definitely not worth more than a sit downdinner at a decent place, where an entree runs the same price! And they're definitely not worth more than three times the costof a Costco pizza that can feed a small army... unlike these "subs" that could barely feed a small child. Read more
