This specific location is a NIGHTMARE. I keep trying to give them a chance but its awful every time. Order complete at 1012am.... waiting in my assigned spot. no one comes out. at 1030 I walk inside to see a gaggle of people. no one at the register onlytouch kiosks. A dmv style board with about 10 numbers waiting to be served. My space outside is not listed. I wait until aperson appears nearby and ask about my order since it's no longer breakfast time. The lady looked upset and went to ask about myorder. 1 biscuit. 1 coffee. When she comes back to tell me they are no more biscuits, I tell her to refund my purchase. She saysshe can only give me cash back (which is fine) This took 15 minutes for her to resolve in the back. I left at 1045am with mycash back and no breakfast. Later, they also refunded the money back to my card as well so I'm sure their drawers did notbalance at the end of the shift. Read more
Not good. The whole lobby is filthy and they didnt even get our order made before they took it off screen at 5 min and we wated... a total of 35 min. Ants at bottom of picture is climbing on old food. Read more
We were stuck in the drive through with about 30 other cars lines going out both sides for over a hour. It seemed like 2 cars... per 8 mins got through to the window. Ridiculous plus this was at like 11pm so we didn't leave the drive through until wayafter midnight. People were honking yelling etc. Then we got our food which was not much and they still got it wrong plus theyhad no soda no slush drinks when asked they said just water white milk or coffee. Sadly I'm not sure why I'm surprised thislocation is always slow and gets your order wrong and never fixes it. Read more

Since Covid this place has gone downhill it used to be one of the top McDonald?s. Today was the last straw. This Quarter pounder... with cheese has two bottom buns, the wrong onions, and almost no toppings. Read more
For the first time in my life I was so unhappy with my choice to stop at a McDonald?s location! The location is clean, but the... staff is just not friendly, like they are doing their job with a gun on their head, like someone has to push them to do theirjob, the food is delicious and my caramel mocha was heavenly, but the workers are just not in the mood to work, a lot of peoplein line inside and a lot of cars at drive-thru and the workers are moving like snails! The sandwich was good but the fries ???? was dry and old ( they got rubbery) I ate them cause I was hungry. But I will say that... the front Cashier was nice and very friendly(I didn't catch his name). Food came out in a timely matter. Oh and cookies wassoft! Read more
Their app has a glitch and placed my order twice for a coffee and soda. Craig and Chris won't refund the 2nd order. Craig said... we could get the refund through the app but when asked how to do that he then changed it to call the 800 number. The customerservice doesn't issue refunds because they say the systems are down. They serve soda without ice and when you complain they saythat they will get it from the lobby soda machine. How about you tell customers that you're not serving ice and then they canchoose something else. This is an ongoing issue with the ice. The coffee is lukewarm at best and you can order a medium orsmall hot vanilla latte but a large has to be sugar free that has a horrible aftertaste. Read more
