This was my first time at this location. I ordered their pizza with pepperoni on one half, and a Hawaiian on the other side. I... asked for it to have all pineapple on it. But instead, got it with black olives instead of the pineapple on the side with thepepperoni. Had to bring it back and get my original order that I asked for. Had to test out our oven in our new RV as its never been used before and figured Papa Murphys Pizza to be a good test. Both the... This used to be our go-to Papa Murphy's. Can't say it will in the future based on what I witnessed on our last visit. It... seemed a bit off and worrisome for those with allergies. We ordered a vegetarian pizza. I watched the worker making our pizzadrop a large handful of chicken on the pizza, attempt to pick it off, and then proceed to hide the remaining pieces under thecheese. When I asked if it was my pizza that they were making I got a bit of an eye-roll and they asked if they wanted me toremake it. I said yes as we had ordered a vegetarian pizza. At 5:41pm I called in to order 2 pizzas, a nice, newer young gentleman named Mathew answered, took my order, and I asked him how... long, he said 15-20 minutes. We arrived around 15 minutes later and my husband went in, he was told there were no pizzas underour name, maybe I called the wrong location. My husband came out to ask me, I called back and Mathew answered? I asked him whatlocation was I calling and the line went silent. So I asked again, 3 more times. He said he was having trouble hearing me andhung up. I decided to go in and see if it was maybe just me? a nice gal helped me and I explained I had called earlier and spoketo a boy named Mathew she said he works at that location and she was sorry, I explained I just called in again to make sure Iwas calling the correct place and he acted like he couldn?t hear me. He was standing right there making pizzas. It was reallykind of upsetting. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for 2 pizzas one which was made incorrectly by Mathew. With two hungry kids inthe car, being very pregnant and hot?I was just like shesshhh? does anybody have any sense of customer service anymore or dothey value the job they signed up for? I?m starting to think nobody does their job right, things are either not done, doneincorrectly, you get told everything other then an apology. This shop on 112th is way out of our way, but its... quality, cleanliness, organization, timeliness and promptness is what we seek. Their employees are all professional, all of thetime, the always know your discounts and charge you appropriately and the quality of the food is always visually top notch. Wedrive out of our way to buy here when there is another store 1.5 miles away. You can count on getting what you ordered.
