The online ordering process to pick up the food was easy & simple. However, the lack of care and presentation on the to go order... is unacceptable. The buffalo cauliflower wings weren't in the wrapping to keep the sauce from soaking through the styrofoamcontainer and the impossible burger looked like someone just threw it in with the tomato not even on the burger. I find itamazing how these places want a tip before hand but the service is below par. We desire to support restaurants in the area andthose that work for the organization but please do better. We were unaware that Monday had happy hour all day on some items... had the naked cauliflower with ranch and 1/4 pound... burgers... super good value and our server "Tina" was terrific... so you next Monday! Read more
Unfortunately another restaurant affected by COVID. Staffing issues have messed with wait times, shortened menu, etc. Will... continue to come and eat here because the food is still very good and the rotating beer selection is always good. Just can'tgive a 5 star compared to how they were before. Read more
Chris our server was very attentive. It was our first time at this location. Service is a lot better in this location (puyallup)... than in Lakewood. In Lakewood you never know what kind of service you will get..Chris was excellent today, loved hisfriendliness and attention. I had the patty melt and my husband the classic burger. Both good. The menu options looked good, the food tasted good. I don?t recommend the tacos for $13, it was 4 slivers of chicken sprawled... across 4 tortillas that were spread out topped with slaw, a heaping of what tasted like ricoroni (can?t lie it?s not bad) and aspoon full of soggy black beans. The salsa was pretty bland. My boyfriend got the wagyu burger which was tasty but fell apart assoon as he touched it. The drinks were overly sweet and not very boozy. All in all a 3 because it?s a good atmosphere for agathering, very chill, the food tastes good but kind of assembled oddly or falls apart. We had empty drinks and empty foodplates long enough to just want the check and skeedadle. A good place to have a beer, for gatherings, get loud, food isn?t bad. Read more
Never been a fan of prices to quality at the Ram. Overall the waygu burger was excellent though, prepared as asked, charred... perfectly, and great flavor. The drinks are weak and they weren't attentive for a refill. Great place for gatherings, butotherwise, the menu is paired down now, but still plenty of options. I don't see a need to come back unless it was for a largegathering. Read more
Update: we keep coming back for more. Food is really good and the service staff is almost always amazing! If you like beer, try... to work your way into the Mug Club, such good beer if you like the bold WA flavors! The only downside is that they need moregear to purchase. This is one of my main spots for a beer on a night out. Read more
