This is where we go when we are craving a good burger at a sit down restaurant. They have many choices (even though I always go... with the spiciest) to choose from and they are all really good. Then when it comes to the fries and Campfire sauce you can'tbeat it. The fries are always piping hot and fresh. The workers are always very friendly here, which is this location's redeeming factor. My family really enjoys Red Robin, but the... last few years we've had lousy experiences here. We've tried carry out a few times, and each of those times we've had some hotfood, and the rest of our meals were completely cold and we had to reheat it. The times we've dined in, the service is extremelyslow and often food and condiments are forgotten. I'd recommend driving further up South Hill to the Red Robin up there, whereservice is more consistent. Read more
Servers were very friendly and helpful. Burger was good. Fries were old. Garlic fries are different from before. Forgot to bring... out our queso dip and when we got it it was ice cold.
