Service was good untill food was brought out. When the food was delivered we asked for an extra order of fries and were told it... would be out shortly. The staff appeared to be talking and having a good conversation at the end of the bar. Drinks went emptyand then we finished our food, still no fries or refills on water or additional beverages. This is where we go when we are craving a good burger at a sit down restaurant. They have many choices (even though I always go... with the spiciest) to choose from and they are all really good. The workers are always very friendly here, which is this location's redeeming factor. My family really enjoys Red Robin, but the... last few years we've had lousy experiences here. We've tried carry out a few times, and each of those times we've had some hotfood, and the rest of our meals were completely cold and we had to reheat it. The times we've dined in, the service is extremelyslow and often food and condiments are forgotten. I'd recommend driving further up South Hill to the Red Robin up there, whereservice is more consistent. Read more

Servers were very friendly and helpful. Burger was good. Fries were old. Garlic fries are different from before. Forgot to bring... out our queso dip and when we got it it was ice cold. Do not eat here! I ordered through PostMates a big pig out tavern, extra fries, milkshake and a pep pizza! A $50 order and I... only received 1 item which was the burger and soggy fries.... the middle was so pink and raw (asked for no pink) I didn't haveany bacon and I found a hair! It seemed like they gave me the wrong order. I called and was placed on hold for 30 mins I endedup hanging up! Not a good experience at all! My friend brought me here and bought me lunch. The service was great and the food was even better. I loved the pictures on the... walls and ceiling. So perfect. I came back in February of 2022 and I had Savannah as a server. She was new. She made me feellike I was special and important. Definitely served us exactly how we wanted to be served. She even got me sauces to go. Ihighly recommend this place and I highly recommend Savannah as a server. Read more

Actually it's kind of funny, my husband and I show up because we finally got a night out without our precious kiddo. Well, I... didn't have my ring on because I had worked that day and I don't wear it because of the harsh chemicals I work with. (If youlike something, you want it to last so you make sure to take care of it, yunno?) Well my husband did have his on and E V E R YO N E noticed this. Now the reason why I mention this is because people openly showed their disgust for what they assumed washim cheating on his wife with me (his wife) ESPECIALLY the older couple we were sat next too. It was genuinely amusing. Gettingdirty glances and glares after they quietly whispered and pointed. We loved it. We loved that people cared that there wassomething wrong with that picture. And it's not their fault! They didn't know! But it goes to show you that you shouldn'talways judge a book by its cover. We may have ruined their time with our "infidelity" but we had an absolute blast. Initiallyour server even seemed a little held back by it too but she even came around. I wish I could remember our waitress name becauseshe was absolutely phenomenal. The food was amazing and the drinks even more so.
