As a Dasher I go to a lot of restaurants I came to this Taco Bell and the staff was very fast and the manager is impressive.
This is the most dysfunctional restaurant I have ever Ben 2 If you're looking for hot accurate orders you are in the wrong... place... 3 out of 3 times my order has been screwed up wrong overcharged or in horrible shape. Got the food from drive thru. Asked for no beans no sour cream on the burrito, they did the opposite. Was supposed to get 3... tacos got 1 taco and a burrito! Trash service, the server pretty much threw my food at me. Do not go here! Next time I'll driveto New Bedford and go into No Probs. Read more
Waited forever, but what really ticked me off was I literally paid more for my food to have sour cream and they didn?t bother... adding any cause they?re too busy having a rap battle at the counter while their little ?manager? screams at them like abanshee. Taco Bell really needs to stop hiring 12yo idiots and barely 18yo managers. Now waiting for my fiancé to get back withsome sour cream while my food gets cold because I don?t feel like waiting another half hour for my VERY SIMPLE food to beremade. Food was good and I like that this location is open super late (2am most nights I believe?). My only complaint and the reason... I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is that the person at the second window who gave us our food literally just thrust a bag at uswithout saying a word, glared at us when we tried to ask for fire sauce, and then walked away. We thought at first maybe theywere getting fire sauce but they didn't return after a few minutes. That is unacceptable customer service. Read more

I would give less than one star if I could. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Extremely rude staff and the food is... horrific. I ordered quesadillas and there is charred food, no sauce, and hardly any chicken on them. Mostly they?re just drytortilla. I ordered potato bowls that had dried out potatoes with no toppings. Cant comprehend how it?s so hard to do suchsimple tasks you?re getting paid to do. This isn?t the first time I?ve had problems here but it?s certainly the last. Read more
Always love the new menu items. Always choose taco bell over Chipotle as my personal preference.
