Schaylor is my go to hangout place. Their beers are constantly changing and offer many unique options. They have some of the... best sours around! In summer be sure to try the disco lemonade, a light refreshing sour that will not disappoint. The food isalways good, and despite having a small kitchen, they do their best to get the food out as quickly as they can. Be sure to trythe food specials from Chef Mike, they are changing every week and are a delicious alternative to the regular menu. The staffand owner are incredibly kind and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel important and welcome. Highly recommendschaylor brewing! Read more

Every time I go to Schaylor, I have an even better experience than the time prior. The servers are friendly and attentive and... the food on freaking point. The special wing flavor is always so delicious. Since my Dad isn?t an active Google reviewer, I?llleave this for him too since he practically lives there. Everyone is always so kind and courteous to him as well. Love it guys.Keep it up!!! Read more

Very nice beer selections. They had a couple of good sours on. You can get a flight to sample which was nice. Food was good... and our server was great. They have an inside/outside area and tonight they had live music outside which was nice. Definitelysolid establishment that I would recommend Read more

Large parking lot and a fairly large indoor area with a pool table too. Bar area seating and dining seating around. There is... also an outdoor seating area and looks like they may have like music since there is a stage set up. They do serve food and therewere about 11 beers on tap. Friendly staff as well. We ordered a flight of beer [4] Upstream - this was actually very light anddoesn't taste like a cream Ale at all. You get a very small hint in the smell but the beer itself doesn't tasty creamy atall. Lunar Eclipse - Much lighter than a blue moon, not as much citrus, wheat or orange. The orange does come through prettywell though throughout and after. Pineapple Express - for a DIPA, it was not super hoppy and you do get a great pineappleflavor. Surprisingly very good considering I'm not an IPA fan. Sippin with Sid - This was my favorite by far, it was not assweet as I anticipated and tasted a bit like a cookie dough. I really enjoyed it and it smells sweeter than it tasted. Weordered a shareable Mushroom Flatbread pizza and a Cavatappi Mac N' Beer Cheese with Lump crab, jalapeno and old bay as add on.Both were really good. The Flatbread edges were a tad burnt as rhey were thinner while the inner dough was a little thicker andslightly undercooked but loved the flavor. The mac n cheese was SO GOOD. I decided to be weird and put my Mac N Cheese on mypizza, and I personally loved it. We got small samples of the Goddamit Kyle [Fruity Pebbles Wheat Sour w/ Strawberry,Raspberry, Bluerbby and Lactos [actually pretty sour but do you get the fruity pebbles taste and a Strawberry jam smell], theKenny Sour [Blueberry, Peach, vanilla, dragonfruit marshmallow sour which was light and you barely get any hints of the flavorsdescribed], and the S'moreo Speedwagon which does taste like smores without being super heavy or overly sweet as a Stout. Iliked it here and would definitely come back! Read more

The food is delicious. The beer is delicious. Even the sours are good, and that?s outside my wheelhouse. If the sounds of happy... humans and occasional musical accompaniment are not your thing, you may have to tread lightly. But that?s on you, not them.Highest recommendations. Read more

Stopped by last Sunday around noon, the atmosphere was lovely. Not too busy yet. old jazz standards playing (lots of Glenn... Miller and Frank Sinatra), and there was a random dinosaur up in the rafters. Pretty cool. Beer & food were great as well.Everything we tried we enjoyed but the one I'll remember is Sippin' With Sid. It truly tasted like liquid cookie. Really want tocome back and try What's Dead May Never Die. Oh and the BBQ fries were top notch! Read more
