(Those 2... are my usual items) and the team members are all fantastic, friendly, and very nice. I am a frequent customer. They know when Ipull in and always have my order ready for me. Gave another chance... tonight, waited nearly two hours because apparently the first door dasher last minute didn?t take our order. Zero communicationfrom pizza hut. Finally get the pizza, it?s undercooked but not near as badly under cooked as the Cinnabon rolls?they werecompletely raw. I tried putting them in the oven but ended up having to throw away. Me and my family love Pizza Hut it is our favorite pizza in the entire world however this experience was not so good we ordered... the big box trio of pizzas that was supposed to be all three pan pizzas but there was so much dough it was like 4 in thick oneach one and I asked for only half of the one pizza to have pineapple and they covered the entire pizza with pineapple so mygrandson didn't get to eat because he hates pineapple. I wouldn't even give a star! Ordered on line for delivery. Received a text that the order was out for delivery. Literally live... about 6 minutes from the store, an hour after text I called the store to see how much longer for delivery and the food was stillthere! They deliver using door dash and your food could take hours to get to you! Food arrived over 2 hours later. Mushy pizzaand literally 4 fries for an order of fries! On 1/29, I ordered pizza for my son and this was how the pizza and Cinnabons were delivered. It was impossible to get in touch... with the store to get this taken care of because I kept getting rerouted to the call center. Tried to order again on 2/6, andwas called by Justin the ?manager? because they ran out of stuffed crust pizza crust. He wouldn?t cancel the order entirely andinsisted that I choose another crust. I chose another and then asked him to refund me the difference which he said he could notdo because I paid via Apple Pay. I?m done with this location. Read more

Normally happy with my orders. I'm not a fan of pizza, but my family is so I order at least once a month. This time there were... barely any toppings. If I pay $40 for 2 pizzas, they should be at least the same as when I paid $25 for these same exact pizzas.I get the price increase, everything is more expensive, but that's not an excuse for poor quality. *Edited to remove 2 stars.Ever since they started using door dash, my food is cold everytime it arrives.
