This hurts me to write because I absolutely love taco bell, but this taco bell has really dropped off in quality as of late. If... it's not egregious wait times, it's poor food quality and underfilled, undercooked, floppy burritos. Hopefully someone from Taco Bell corporate sees the picture I'm posting with my one star review. Both of our CHICKEN quesadillas... looked like this. About six bucks each for nearly zero cheese and no chicken at all, no jalapeno sauce and poor service. Thetacos at least had a little meat, kind of. Edit: got the whole order tonight but somehow my bean burrito had no onion? There's literally only three things and sauce in... it..... This location used to be my favorite I don't know what's happening with it lately. Was so excited for the rice andbeans and added cheese. Cup was half full and rice was burnt to a crisp. Cheese also was missed. But the rice was so burnt itwas inedible. Someone also had a hard time centering taco innards which isn't an issue just funny. Edit: 3 years later, this place is still exactly the same. Completely screwed up a large order, and there is almost no meat... added to the tacos? see photos if you dare.. Constantly closes early. Do not believe their listed hours. Arrive an hour beforeclosing in order to be served. Read more
This Taco Bell used to be the best. About 6 months before the pandemic a lot of the really good workers left. Since then it has... been going down hill. If i pay for extra lettuce I rarely get it. Many times the black beans are forgotten in my power bowl. Iusually don?t mind too much because I will call/go back and get a credit for next time. Tonight the black beans were missingfrom my power bowl. When I called and spoke to the employee that took my order, he didn?t believe me. I brought him my food back(uneaten). He saw the beans were missing but he suggested this happens often. And I agreed that it does. He said ?yes, but Idon?t see it this often?, like he was implying I was making it up.I believe it happens more often than he knows because not manypeople waste their time to call about an incorrect order like I do. Any time my order is incorrect I offer to bring it backuneaten or take a picture to prove it. The employees are getting my order wrong very often but this worker made me feel like Iam the one who is wrong here. I understand mistakes happen. All I want it the correct item that I order. I will not be comingback here any time soon. I included a photo of a past order. This was an order of my chicken power bowl with ?extra? lettuce.And yes, I was charged for the ?extra? lettuce. Very helpful staff. Great tasting food. Late morning breakfast (10:20) presented no issue for them. Excellent experience.
