I ordered 1 pizza off their menu, they forgot to put one of the ingredients on it, and added it in the middle of pizza cooking.... My pizza was ready, then they realized that I was going to dine in, so they put it back in the over because I would have noticedthat its not cooked right. This was after pizza was already cut into slices, so of course it ended up being messy.
