I come in regularly and the past few times have been horrible. Horrible environment and management. Employees are rude and have... no customer service experience. There?s gnats everywhere, I saw ants on the ground, and I overheard an employee talking abouthaving maggots! disgusting environment.. wouldn?t be surprised if they get shut down for failed health inspection. After reading the reviews from several months prior, I find it very interesting that I have had a similar experience yesterday.... I ordered a smoothie, ONE smoothie for my wife who was getting sick and wanted something that could possibly help curb her coughwith one of their Vitamin C boosters. After spending 5 minutes just to order, I was shocked to see ratio of staff behind thecounter to people who actually work. I was even more shocked to look at my watch and realize that it had been 28 minutes since Iordered and my smoothie was still not ready (after hearing the blender go off only about 6 times in the course of my wait). OnceI finally recieved my order, I brought it to my wife and she noticed that there was no flavour of the booster in there, amongstthe massive chuncks of ice and possible fruit within the "smoothie". I nearly applauded her for being able to even get anythingthrough the straw, based on how poorly blended the mixture was. P.S. a lady that ordered after me got served immediately andspilt her entire smoothie in her car and somehow got another smoothie free of charge well before I recieved my poor qualityslushie. 30 minutes for a smoothie!! Only two ladies working while 3 kids are just hanging out talking trash, listening to the music on... their phones. Love the location itself, love the brand but young employees are completely ignorant if their duties. Read more
I?m not usually ?that person? but in this case I am. The customer service was terrible. I walked in and wasn?t greeted (no big... deal I guess), but then I stood in line for a while without anyone saying anything. There were 3 employees up front. One was atthe counter who seemed to be counting her drawer, I understood that she was clocking out but in the professional world sheshould have said ?someone will be with you shortly?, but she didn?t even make eye contact. The 2nd girl came out and did notacknowledge me, but when someone she knew walked in they started to have a full conversation. I brushed it off because it?s nota crime, but then she asked him if he knew what he wanted to order?? And the 3rd employee was making smoothies, but again shecould have acknowledged me as a customer and said ?someone will be with you shortly?. After being ignored for too long I leftout. They need some professionalism classes for sure. Read more
Worst Tropical Smoothie I?ve ever been to, and I?ve been to multiple locations in various states. Placed o line order still had... to wait 30 min after pickup time. Severely understaffed. Go to another location or expect to wait and the food comes outmediocre. They need to hire ppl who understand customer service, instead of making my drink one was on the phone. Read more
Really poor pickup order system. This tropical smoothie is almost always understaffed and they do not have a refrigerator for... online order smoothies. When you walk in you'll wait in line for a pick up order that's already made lol. Read more
Went with friends to grab lunch and ended in disappointment. I wasn't greeted by the lady standing at the register and she was... on her phone. It took a minute before she said anything. It took a long to get my order. My order was made incorrectly the firsttime and with items I didn't ask for. When I got home and open my order, I had half a salad when it should have been full anditems were missing in my salad. I don't live close to that location, so it's wasn't convenient for me to go back. I didn't enjoymy smoothie either, it tasted like something was missing. Needless to say I was very unhappy. This was the first time I've beento tropical smoothie cafe and was very disappointed. I won't be back to this location. Read more
This is the third time I have went to this tropical smoothie Cafe and I think corporate needs to retrain the staff. I came in... today and got 2 veggie hummus wraps and a smoothie. On the wraps I had no pickled onions and hardly any rice. This is the onlyfood I order because I am a vegan. I get this at other tropical smoothies with no issue besides here. Every time I order fromhere something is wrong. I normally don't leave reviews but I had to say something. I will never go back to this tropicalsmoothie and other customers need to know if they are dealing with the same issues here they are not alone. Tropical smoothieyou need to do better. Read more
