Now you know better, nets were every where. It didn't looked remodeled with the new fireplace. However it was updated with the... fireplace. There was a sign about no lettuce ok. Order chicken sandwich it had no tomato. Just awful dry old piece of grillchicken on a bun. I was early for my flight and my food was not a delight. I ordered a double cheese burger and it had pickles , mayo and ketchup on it . I thought the burgers come with lettuce , tomatoe... and onion automatically . They use to come that way. I ordered a spicy 10 piece nugget and they said they didn?t have it even though it?s on the menu. I ordered two salads and the... employee told the delivery driver that they didn?t have salads either and they didn?t have apple slices. Came after a late night flight and the girl started off with not answering until I said "hello". Then she tells us what she has... available. So we order... and then she says "can you pay with cash?" Then we say "sorry no we can't, we don't have any cash"then she proceeds to say NOTHING.... Like oh maybe "we're only taking cash"??????? There were absolutely 0 customer serviceskills. I made and paid for order online a salad and 2 baked potatoes when I arrived to Wendy's the guy at At the window handed me my... food and I looked in the bag And told him this was not my order Then he proceeded to tell me that it was my order At this pointI said well I have the online Receipt right here sir. That's when this young lady came over and said I'm sorry sir but we don'thave the food you ordered. The lights were on but nary a soul was in sight. I arrived approximately 30 minutes before close. Not one soul responded to... the drive thru. Not one employee was visible at all in the establishment...... Yet the lights were on with half an hour untilclose. Read more
Was quick and had good service. Update 12/27/21- I have been here twice since my last review. I have nothing good to say. My... visit today my sandwich was wrong/incomplete whatever. I nerve recking to go lunch and they mess it up. I ordered an Asiago andloom what I got in the pictures. Another time I had to leave because it was just disgusting with raw meat on the orderingcounter with cookies and the young lady eating taking orders in there. This place has gone down the toilet. Stopped by this location at 11pm after a flight, we figured it would be ok as it?s an hour before closing. We waited at the... speaker for a few minutes before anyone spoke. They were out of a few things we tried to order which was fine for the time ofnight. We got to the window and paid, and we?re asked to pull ahead. We waited over 10 minutes for our 3 jr bacon cheeseburgersand 1 small fry, someone else was waiting at the speaker that whole time and eventually left. Our burgers were all ice cold, bunand burger rock hard, with little bits of brittle bacon and no condiments. The fries were saturated with grease and covered inhard bits of other food clearly left on the bottom of the fryer, they were absolutely disgusting, ice cold, and tasted like adirty floor I imagine, we couldn?t eat them. No clue why it took so long when to food was clearly not made anytime recently. Theguy working must have been the only guy there, and he could barely communicate. Although a hilarious experience, please saveyour time, money and health by going anywhere else. Read more
