After ordering from Stash's many times, it is now a problem. I ordered a steak tip dinner and asked for two cold sides. They... rudely insisted that I had to order one hot side and one cold side. I calmly explained that due to medical issues and dietaryrestrictions, I could not eat any of the items on the hot side menu. They, again, refused to listen to me about my medical needsand were adamant that it is their policy to ONLY serve two side dishes that were from both the hot and cold menu. I was tryingto explain why I couldn't have any items from their hot side menu and they responded with sarcasm and disrespect. This is my wife and I's "go to" for takeout. The team there is very friendly, the food is good, and the place is immaculately... clean. We have only had one minor mistake with our order (keeping in mind we've ordered from here quite a lot) and theycorrected it immediately. Cant reccommend highly enough. Read more
Hot mess. I ordered food last night, the woman said it will take 40 minutes. I learned that?s her favorite time frame. The food... never came! I called twice morning. The first time the young man was really nice about trying his best to resolve the problembut was unable to, so he politely asked me to call back in 20 minutes because he stated he didn?t even see an order from mynumber last night. I called back the lying ???? woman answered and said the driver was calling me and ringing the bell forguess how long 40 minutes. Straight b.s. There isn?t a bell smh. & no one ever called. They either never made my order or thedelivery driver got hungry and took it home. That?s my last time ordering from them. Read more
The steak tip platter was absolute top notch for a takeout place. I am not saying that it was magical like Emeril Lagasse made... it, but it was so neighborhood-joint perfect... and I mean ABSOLUTELY perfect for a takeout place. I am eating it while writingthis and I want to stress the perfection part. And as a bonus, the French fries are classic fries... not those hideous pressedcrumb flavor things. Ordered a chicken wrap and shortly after I got extremely sick. Found out I got food poisoning. Would not recommend
The trays are good too. I order chicken ziti for sons party, alongside pizza. They have ties to the Franklin park cape cod... Norwood and another location but. I have no bad experience here. Read more
