We've been here a few times and have been progressively more and more disappointed. Lines to order have always been really long.... Chicken is gross, fatty, and stringy. They got rid of their beef menu options and we hadn't been back in a long time because ofit, but I tried it again today and won't be back. Was told 10 min wait for food. At 25 minutes I finally asked about the status.Girl at the counter just walked away and started talking with kitchen staff. One kitchen staff came out to ask what I needed. Iagain asked for my order status. Another kitchen staff came out, same interaction. Was eventually told 5 more minutes. I waitedand did get my food but the communication and customer service was horrible. No apologies for the wait. No apologies for the badcommunication. If you've ever had Hawaiian Time anywhere else this location is just as delicious. It can be a bit busy but plenty of room to... sit or wait for your takeout order. Like most businesses these days they often appear short handed, there is often a sign in thewindow looking for workers, but the folks who are working tend to be real friendly and doing their best to keep up. Food sometimes tastes great, but they're never open and ALWAYS get our orders wrong. Sub mac for rice means SUB MAC FOR RICE,... not give us only mac. The small gives barely any food too. I took three bites and I had almost nothing left, plus they didn'tgive me any rice at all. Food is always cold. Read more
