Honestly wish i could give this a zero. We went to get dinner on October 1st 2022, we got our food and went come after going... through the drive through. Once we got home we opened our food to the SMALLEST portion of broccoli beef I've frankly seen ever.It was smaller than my fist and a TON of white rice. And my boyfriend got 2 pieces of chicken and 3 bell peppers in it. We droveall the way back to ask for more food. I walked in an the lady not only gave me a ton of sass when I said this is ridiculous andshowed her, but the manager there told me "refunds take a long time, can I get you a gift card instead?" Like that's even moreof an inconvenience to me as a customer because I have to spend MORE money to go buy food somewhere else. Long story short imNEVER coming back. They haven't done this just once but on 3 different occasions. Use your money elsewhere. Read more
Usually is pretty good but you literally can't come in past like 6pm. Every time we go in after that, we are given way less food... and it's always obviously dry and old. Last night, both my boyfriend and I were jipped on both chicken and chow mein and heactually ended up sick from it all night. I understand they don't want to waste food before they close at night, but definitelyneed a better routine for later eaters. We don't want the nasty old stuff that has been sitting out 3 hours. The food was great, how ever the Customer service was less that par. The lady Sarah who "assisted" (i say that term very... Loosely) had a bad attitudes and clearly hates her job. Not going back to the west salem location until she's let go or getsbetter training. Read more

Avoid this location. Terrible. I?ve gone here several times and the service is really bad. Not listening and seem extremely put... out by having to work there apparently. Today was final straw. The girl was was in full conversation with another employee aboutnon work related stuff. I asked 4 times for no sauce on my teriyaki chicken and she still put it on there. I asked for a newportion and she played like it was my fault and then told me I?d need to wait for new chicken to be cooked. I walked out. Theyaren?t short staffed like most places. Had the honey walnut shrimp! So yummy!! Hot. You could definitely tell it was fresh and hadn't been sitting a long time under... the warming lights. The cashier was super sweet, too. I only had 10 dollars to spend and even though my order was 10 and somecents, she made up the rest! Customer Service was tip top!! Read more
Well here we all are, with the same complaints on repeat. Nothings changed. Waited 20 minutes for one of the three entrees on... the plate via drive through. Had to eventually go inside to ask for my food. They had substituted the one item with double ofan item already available and then just let me sit for 20 minutes until I came and asked for it. They don?t care, managementdoesn?t care and corporate will never read these reviews. The money is going to have to do the talking. I?ll save mine forsomewhere else. The list continues to shrink.
