My first time to visit this Italian restaurant. Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience. When I ordered a glass of... red Sangiovese wine from Tuscany for $16 I was given the smallest pour ever. I asked the owner why the pour was so small. Hetold me it was a 4.3 ounce pour. I responded if this is the size of wine I get for $16 I would never return to this restaurant. The owner then came back with a bit more wine ???? for my glass Then I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza. When the waiterhanded me the Parmesan cheese in the shaker jar contained a live BUG inside ???? ???? Obviously I complained about the livebug ???? and returned it. The pizza was not to my liking since it was very slim on every ingredient. Mostly bread. Finally Iordered the chocolate salami dessert and it was hard as a rock ???? Maybe ???????????? it was FROZEN. ??????????????? I don'tknow why this restaurant has a 4.7 rating. I was not at all impressed. No discount for the bug ???? being served to me. Ive had allot of pizza in my life but this, this was different. Maybe its the atmosphere or maybe it was mouthwatering... deliciousness of the pizza that got me. I mean wow! I had the pizza below and my wife had the Prosciutto w/ Barata cheese on ared sauce. Both were fantastic and best thing, plenty to take home and experience again. The young lady that guided us throughour dinner, since it was our first visit, was really nice and quite helpful. As a matter of fact she recommended my pizza andNAILED the recommendation! Im still living in the blissful aftermath of this pizza experience. Totally a 5 star restaurant andhighly recommended for a first time visit or just to remind you to go back and experience it again. So many great reviews, don’t eat pizza very often, and was looking forward to this. Everyone has an off day, but both items... ended up being thrown out. We ordered a Cesar salad and a pizza. The pizza was so soggy when you picked up a slice the toppingsjust slid off and it just made a mess. The leafs of the salad were browning on the edges. This was a nice finding today! It's a small restaurant, not in a very commercial area, in a small plaza. The food feels like... homemade and authentic Italian. The desserts are delicious! Specially the one with nutella (yum!). The service is slow so beprepared to wait for your food. Overall is a place we'll go back to try other plates. Read more
We went for a couples night out a week ago. Our friends have been here several times, and it’s my husband and my first time.... Our server was very sweet and accommodating. My husband is allergic to milk protein and she was helpful in pointing out whathe can have. We also wanted to share appetizers and pizza & it is great that they had vegan cheese and dessert. It was very nice place just on the inside of the upper balcony. It has a bar on the upper level but we sat on the main floor. I... f you go you must buy the Cheese Plate, it is perfect for four people and very delicious. The margarita pizza is sooooooo good.Plus, they even know the difference between Coke and Mexican Coke (hint Mexican Coke is much better, it has a different sugar). Read more
